DAMAN and DIU, a union territory in India is a beautiful place to spend your holidays, plus it also represents the history of Portuguese in India.
Portuguese Castel is still there you can visit. Recently I visited Daman and it was the best trip so far
The beach is beautiful and there is not that much around the beach it gives the feeling like you are on a private beach
Though I stayed there for just one day it was a very good trip.
The nearest airport is in Mumbai about 193 km, though Daman and Diu are pronounced together they are far from each other both the places have loveliest beaches of the Arabian sea there are so many beaches but I loved the most was devka beach as construction work was going on there was nobody and it felt like we are on private beach we sat there for about 4 hours.
due to lack of time didn't get much time there just stayed for one day.
wish to visit again after the covid situation gets over.
