There is a ferry that runs from Cebu to Surigao City if you would want to go by land and sea. Nine to twelve hours is the average travel time. To travel to Cloud 9 in General Luna, rent a tricycle or car when you arrive at Dapa Port. About thirty minutes are needed for the trip.
