It's already April and the sun is warming the earth more and more. Due to the pandemic, I have not had any trips around the world for over a year. All that remains is to look at the photographs I took before. One of the most enjoyable and interesting trips was to Greece.
It was in April. True, this was already quite a long time ago - in 2017. But I am still very pleased to remember those days and to make out some of the photographs that I had not touched before.
And I brought a lot of photos from that trip.
And now, it seems to me, the time has come to show these photographs and again remember those very days.
I flew to Greece in the city of Thessaloniki. It is a large city by the sea. At first I didn't like this city at all. Lots of cars and little parking space. But after a while I realized that this is a very pleasant place. Thessaloniki has a lot of different sights and historical and cultural values. One of them is the White Tower on the seashore. We can say it is a symbol of the city.
Next to this White Tower there is a memorial dedicated to the great commander Alexander the Great. The Greeks are, one might say, the people who founded the modern world. They brought that part of the culture that is now in great demand throughout the European world.
Walking around the city of Thessaloniki is a lot of fun. Here are the high points of the city, from where a magical view of the city and the sea opens. In the distance, mountains can be seen across the sea - this is the very Olympus, beloved by the gods.
And one more force that unites everything around is spring. Greens in grass and foliage, flowers and smells. Everything around blooms and smells.
This magical feeling of spring in Greece cannot be conveyed in words. I hope you can take pictures.

I moved in Thessaloniki 6 months ago and despite the pandemic and the restrictions the town is amazing! Especially the last weeks the weather is super sunny and warm, people start enjoying walks at parks again and is so pleasant !😎
