I recently visited Scotland, in particular Isle of Skye. We stayed in The Rosedale Hotel and had a lovely view of the colorful houses in Portree!
We had a very tasty typical breakfast. I could barely finish it, it was quite a lot of food. After breakfast we got in our car and travelled all over the island, following the coastline.

A curious little friend joined us on the beach!
He followed us for quite a while. We eventually got back in our car and headed up the road a bit further. About 15 minutes later we saw him again, apparently he followed us all the way to our next stop!
The awe inspiring Kilt Rock graced us with an equally beautiful rainbow!
The Old Man of Storr is also a great location to visit! It was quite a hike to get close to it, but definitely worth it!
I had a lovely trip to Scotland and I definitely recommend visiting this spectacular country!

We did the North Coast 500 trip around Scotland and dropped on to Skye at the end, some of the most beautiful and varied scenery you can see, from white sand beaches to forests and mountains. amazing country
