Hello Dear Friends,
When I approached him, I felt the droplets of water flowing from the hill hitting my face with the help of the wind. I am at the top of a mountain with a wonderful view. When I lifted my head, a waterfall flowing from the side of a high mountain was beating the pool as if falling from the sky. This was Uçansu waterfall. I was admiring this beautiful view of nature when I came for the first time. Let's explore this landscape together.
But first I want to tell you how I got here. Our waterfall is like a secret paradise hidden in the Serik district of Antalya. When you come to Serik district, you can reach the waterfall after about twenty minutes from Akçapınar village here.
On your way to Uçansu waterfall, you pass over a stone bridge on the way. I wanted to stop on this bridge and see the water that passes under the bridge and overflows between the rocks. It was very enjoyable to watch the shimmering water. I am sharing a picture of me that I took from that bridge.
I wanted to show you by taking a lot of landscape pictures from some of the points I stopped on the way to the waterfall. It was impossible not to be enchanted by these wonderful looking nature scenes.
Pine and cedar trees growing on the sides of stony and dirt roads never left me alone. At the end of the journey that took about two hours from the center of Antalya, I was right in front of that beautiful waterfall.
In fact, according to local people, Uçsusu consists of two waterfalls. They fill their pools by gliding from the foot of the mountain from two different places, the down-flying and the up-flying water. The waters, which set off from the high Taurus Mountains of the Mediterranean, glide through large boulders and plant species I have never seen, flowing over a slippery-looking rock into its pool. I stood in front of the waterfall and watched the water fall into the pool from a height of about 200 meters for minutes. The water flowing from the waterfall was flowing in a way that befits its job.
The waterfall was flowing so loud and loud that only his voice could be heard in the silence of nature. The plants and trees growing right next to the flowing water, wrapped in moss, accompanied the beauty of the landscape. I was very happy to see the waterfall flowing very loudly and loudly in winter and spring months. Here was a fascinating view that I called peace, and I was one of the lucky people who enjoyed this wonderful moment to the fullest.
Since Antalya is an interesting city with its natural beauties and historical ancient cities, this place also attracts great attention from tourists, especially in summer. You do not need to pay any fee to see this beautiful view. You can easily reach here with your private vehicle. There were no businesses around the waterfall. Therefore, I recommend that you bring food with you when you come here.
Not only the view of the waterfall, but also the surroundings were full of beauties. I can say that I got lost in nature by following the path of the water coming out of the pool on the roads I walked on my way here. Everything around me was covered with lush and azure waters. It was a great pleasure for me to be in such a beautiful nature.
Even though we are in the winter months, I felt like entering the pool of the waterfall. If we were in the summer, I would drop myself into the cool waters without thinking. When I saw the stones at the bottom of the clean water, I wanted to touch them too. The waterfall flowed into the pool like a white tulle curtain over a large rock. The water droplets that were thrown around were watering the flowers and plants.
I walked along the road, watching the cold water of the waterfall, which offers a magnificent view. I came across old trees on the roads I walked. On some dirt roads, I was leaving marks where I stepped. In order not to get lost, I tried to put signs in some places on the way that I would remember myself. At one point, everything started to look the same, and I realized that I was always going in the same direction among the greenery and trees. I had taken the wrong path. I'm back. I came to the running water. I started walking the road again. I finally got my marks.

Merhaba Sevgili Arkadaşlar,
Yanına yaklaştığımda tepeden akan su damlacıklarının, rüzgarın yardımıyla yüzüme çarptığını hissettiğim. Harika manzaralı bir dağın başındayım. Başımı kaldırdığımda, yüksek bir dağın kenarından akan şelale gökten düşercesine havuzu dövüyordu. Burası Uçansu şelalesiydi. İlk defa geldiğim bu doğa güzeli manzaraya hayranlıkla bakıyordum. Gelin bu manzarayı birlikte gezelim.
Ama öncelikle buraya nasıl geldiğimi sizlere anlatmak istiyorum. Şelalemiz, Antalya'nın Serik ilçesinde saklanmış bir gizli cennet misali. Serik ilçesine geldiğinizde burada bulunan Akçapınar köyünden yaklaşık yirmi dakikalık mesafeden sonra şelaleye ulaşabilirsiniz.
Uçansu şelalesine giderken, yolda karşıma çıkan bir taş köprüden geçiyorsunuz. Bu köprüde durup köprünün altından geçen ve kayalıkların arasından taşan suyu da görmek istedim. Şırıl şırıl akan suyu izlemek çok keyifliydi. Sizlerle o köprüden çektiğim bir resmimi paylaşıyorum.

Şelaleye doğru giderken durduğum bazı noktalardan bol bol manzara resimleri çekerek, sizlere de göstermek istedim. Bu harika görünümlü doğa manzaraları karşısında büyülenmemek elde değildi.
Taşlı ve topraklı yolların kenarlarında uzayan çam ve sedir ağaçları beni asla yalnız bırakmadı. Antalya merkezden yaklaşık iki saat süren yolculuk sonunda o güzelim şelalenin tam karşısındaydım.
Aslında uçansu yöre halkının dediğine göre iki şelaleden oluşuyor. Aşağı uçansu ve yukarı uçansu olmak üzere iki farklı yerden dağın eteklerinden süzülerek havuzlarını dolduruyorlar. Akdeniz’in yüksek Toroslarından yola çıkan sular, büyük kaya parçalarının ve hiç görmediğim bitki türlerinin arasından süzülerek, kaygan görünümlü bir kaya parçasının üzerinden uçarcasına havuzuna akıyor. Şelalenin önünde durup, dakikalarca yaklaşık 200 metre yükseklikten suyun havuza düşüşünü izledim. Şelaleden akan su tam da isine yakışır bir şekilde uçarcasına akıyordu.
Şelale o kadar gür ve sesli akıyoru ki, doğanın sessizliğinde sadece onun sesi duyuluyordu. Akan suyun hemen yanı başında yetişen bitkiler ve ağaçlarda yosunlara sarılmış, manzaranın güzelliğine eşlik ediyordu. Kış ve bahar aylarında son derece gür ve sesli akan şelaleyi görmek beni çok mutlu etmişti. İşte huzur dediğim büyüleyici bir manzara karşımdaydı ve ben bu harika anın keyfini sonuna kadar çıkartan şanslı kişilerdendim.
Antalya hem doğal güzellikleri hem de tarihi antik kentleriyle ilgi çekici bir şehir olduğundan burası da özellikle yazın turistler tarafından büyük ilgi görüyor. Bu güzel manzarayı görmek için herhangi bir ücret ödemenize de gerek yok. Özel aracınızla buraya rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Şelalenin etrafında herhangi bir işletme bulunmuyordu. Bu yüzden buraya gelirken yanınızda muhakkak yiyecek de getirmenizi tavsiye ederim.
Sadece şelalenin görüntüsü değil etrafı da güzelliklerle doluydu. Buraya gelirken yürüdüğüm yollarda, havuzdan çıkan suyun yol güzergarhını takip ederek doğanın içinde kayboldum diyebilirim. Etrafımdaki her şey yemyeşil ve masmavi sularla kaplıydı. Böyle güzel bir doğanın içinde yer alıyor olmak bana büyük bir keyif veriyordu.
Şelalenin havuzuna kış ayında olmamıza rağmen içimden girmek geldi. Yaz mevsiminde olsaydık hiç düşünmeden serin sulara bırakırdım kendimi. Tertemiz suyun dibindeki taşları görünce onlara da dokunmak istedim. Şelale büyük bir kayanın üzerinden beyaz bir tül perdesi gibi havuza akıyordu. Etrafa savrulan su damlacıkları, çiçekleri bitkileri suluyordu.
Görkemli bir manzara şöleni sunan şelalenin soğuk suyunu yol boyunca izleyerek, yürüdüm. Yürüdüğüm yollarda yaşlı ağaçlara rastladım. Bazı toprak yollarda bastığım yerlerde iz bırakıyordum. Kaybolmamak için de yolda bazı yerlere kendimin hatırlayacağını işaretler koymaya çalıştım. Bir ara her taraf aynı görünmeye başladı yeşillikler ve ağaçların arasında hep aynı yöne doğru gittiğimi fark ettim. Yanlış bir yola girmiştim. Geri döndüm. Akan suyun yanına geldim. Yolu tekrar yürümeye başladım. Sonunda işaretlerime ulaştım.
