Jageshwardham temple of Lord Shiva is considered one of the Jyotirlingas. This temple is about 2500 years old. The temple is also mentioned in mythological stories like Shiva Purana, Linga Purana and Skanda Purana etc. The inscriptions, carvings and sculptures in the temple are a treasure trove.
