This quote really hits me, before we planned to go to a beach, I was really downcast from all the happenings in my life, being drained, got lost in the process and it was hard to get back to where I came from.
Some say, if you feel downcast and want a place wherein you can have your peace, is to go to the beach. I wonder why some people say that, not until I personally figured out the reason why. Watching the sea waves can possibly calm your soul, watching the sun goes down that can help you answer the thoughts in your mind, and of course the people that you can see that is having fun with their families, friends, or special someone, it's just like you're having a second hand happiness, in which if you see other people that is happy with their lives, you also gets happy while seeing them getting the happiness they deserve.
Going to the beach is one of the most wonderful things that we can have in our life. Imagine the view of the majestic blue color of the sky that reflects into the deep ocean, the white sand in which in every step of our feet feels like we're stepping into a place that could comfort us, the view of the sunset that makes us realize how lucky we are in our existence, and of course the people that is with you watching the beautiful waves of the sea.
The Edna's Beach Resort here in Cauayan, Negros Occidental, Philippines, is a beach that is one of the most beautiful beach that I have visit. The white sand, pebbles, and the seashell fragments that surrounded the sea, the crystalline water of the never ending sea that shows how magnificent the view is.
When my family went to this beach at Cauayan, Negros Occidental, Philippines, we are really shocked and amazed about the view of the beautiful sea, we are surprised of how the blue sky reflects its color into the sea water. There is a lot of fish that swims with us, and also the starfish that shows up while we are swimming, we picked the starfish at the water and put it in the sand to see how beautiful it is, and of course the starfish looks really magnificent, there are different sizes of it, I saw one starfish that is big and another small starfish, it is my first time to see a starfish, that is why I am really looking at it and hold it for a short time, and we put it back at the shore after we have took a picture of those. We enjoyed swimming at the sea, my family was happy, and I am also happy while seeing them having fun.
One of the good happenings that I have at the beach is eating the food that we have cooked and prepared. Imagine eating at the beautiful view of the sea. It is a nice happening that I could treasure in my life, being with my family having fun and enjoying the marvelous creation of God. My family is one of the most important in my life, and I was happy having fun together with them for the reason that, not every time we are doing this kind of getaway in which we are escaping the hustle and bustle in life. I know they also have worries in life, that is why I felt really delighted when I saw my family enjoying everything in life.
As I was sitting in the sand I realized how life could be this tough and a lot of things I have figured out. As the waves crashing at the shore, I can remember how life beat me up when all I want is to have a peaceful life, as the wind blows lightly I can smell the humid sea air, that makes me remember the smell of the happenings that let me became a brave and strong person as I can be.
It feels really relaxing, calm, and peaceful. If you all want to have a peaceful life even for a short time, try visiting a beach, so you can have the peace that you want in your life.

I truly love your description of the beach, when I feel down, I would choose to go there also just to calm myself. It's really great to how beautiful the beach was through your photos. Life is never free of battles. They make our existence extra meaningful. Moreover, life has its own way of molding you into a stronger person you have to be.
By the way, the beach looks inviting. I hope it doesn't become overly crowded. The fine sand and the blue waters are tempting.😊
