En otoño, los días soleados los aprovecho para salir a pasear, y si es un sitio con vistas al mar, mucho mejor. En esta oportunidad el destino fue el Faro de Isla Pancha a 1 hora y media aproximadamente de casa.
In autumn, I take advantage of the sunny days to go for a walk, and if it is a place with sea views, so much the better. This time the destination was the Isla Pancha Lighthouse about 1 hour and a half from home.
Es un islote ubicado en la punta noreste de Ribadeo, Lugo-Galicia, en la desembocadura del Río Eo.
Is an islet located at the northeast point of Ribadeo, Lugo-Galicia, at the mouth of the Eo River.
El estacionamiento es gratis y con caminerías para dar un paseo, hospedarse en el hotel previa reserva, sentarse en las rocas, hacer fotos, o tomar un café u otras bebidas en la terraza del bar con vista al mar Cantábrico.
Parking is free and with walking paths to take a stroll, stay at the hotel upon reservation, sit on the rocks, take pictures, or have a coffee or other drinks on the terrace of the bar overlooking the Cantabrian Sea.
Hay un mirador cerca de la entrada donde se sientan algunos a merendar, tomar fotos y observar el paisaje.
There is a lookout point near the entrance where some people sit to have a snack, take pictures and watch the scenery.
Desde este banco puedes observar el tránsito marítimo, el alojamiento turístico, el faro, las gaviotas y escuchar el sonido de las olas.
From this bench you can observe the maritime traffic, the tourist lodging, the lighthouse, the seagulls and listen to the sound of the waves.
Al seguir caminando, pasas el puente y se llega al alojamiento turístico que tiene un bar abierto al público.
As you continue walking, you pass the bridge and arrive at the tourist accommodation that has a bar open to the public.

Alojamiento turístico Faro Isla Pancha con 2 apartamentos para 4 personas cada uno. Antiguamente era el faro de la isla y primer faro de España con uso hotelero, inaugurado en el año 2017.

Bar
Frente al bar se encuentra el faro de franjas negras y blancas. Es el primero que ven las embarcaciones que vienen de Asturias.
In front of the bar is the lighthouse with black and white stripes. It is the first to be seen by boats coming from Asturias.
Construido en 1.980 y en funcionamiento desde octubre de 1.983, funciona con energía renovable a base de paneles solares y un generador eólico con un alcance nominal de 21 millas naúticas (distancia a la que se puede distinguir la luz de un faro).
Built in 1980 and in operation since October 1983, it is powered by renewable energy from solar panels and a wind generator with a rated range of 21 nautical miles (distance at which a lighthouse light can be distinguished).
Desde el faro se observa el hotel, embarcaciones, el mar y estaba un pescador llevando la cena o desayuno del día siguiente.
From the lighthouse you can see the hotel, boats, the sea and a fisherman carrying the next day's dinner or breakfast.
Familias, mascotas, deportistas, turistas, parejas y pescadores, son los que disfrutan de este bello paisaje.
Families, pets, sportsmen, tourists, couples and fishermen are the ones who enjoy this beautiful landscape.
Luego de caminar de regreso, me senté un buen rato en las rocas, es muy relajante para mí el sonido de las olas, ver a la gente pasar, ver el atardecer y respirar aire puro.
After walking back, I sat on the rocks for a while, it is very relaxing for me to hear the sound of the waves, watch the people go by, watch the sunset and breathe fresh air.

Al regresar, me di cuenta de que hay una pequeña playa llamada Rochas Brancas (Rocas blancas en gallego) al otro extremo, con merenderos y con excelente vista al atardecer.
On the way back, I noticed that there is a small beach called Rochas Brancas (White Rocks in Galician) at the other end, with picnic areas and an excellent view at sunset.
Ya oscurece muy temprano y la temperatura va bajando. Así que nos despedimos de este hermoso lugar.
It is getting dark very early and the temperature is dropping. So we say goodbye to this beautiful place.
