Hello community! How are you? This Sunday I had to go to the coast of Buenos Aires to visit a friend.
Part of the estuary or river "La Plata", one of the widest in the world, is the coast of the city of Buenos Aires. Unfortunately this is not in the best conditions, it is polluted, but there are certain parts where you can enjoy the river, not only get in for a while to pass the heat but also practice water sports like windsurfing and kitesurfing thanks to the strong wind that usually blows in the area.

¡Hola comunidad! ¿Cómo se encuentran? Este domingo me toco ir hacia la costa de Buenos Aires a visitar a una amiga.
Parte del estuario o rio "La plata", uno de los mas anchos del mundo, es costa de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Lamentablemente este no se encuentra en las mejores condiciones, esta contaminado, pero hay ciertas partes donde puedes gozar del rio, no solo meterte un rato para pasar el calor sino practicar deportes acuáticos como el windsurf y el kitesurf gracias al viento fuerte que suele hacer en la zona.

This time I went to the north of the province of Buenos Aires. An area called San Isidro. I love going there because I feel that I get out of the routine of the city.
I went by train, if you go by public transportation, it is the fastest and cheapest way to get there, plus I really enjoy the train ride.
En esta ocasión fui hacia el norte de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Una zona que tiene por nombre San Isidro. Me encanta ir para allá porque siento que salgo un poco de la rutina de la ciudad.
Fui en tren, si vas en transporte publico, es la manera mas rápida y económica de llegar, además de que disfruto mucho del viaje en tren.
In this area you can find several water sports schools, not only windsurfing and kitesurfing, but also kayaking and rowing. I think it is an excellent plan for a weekend but I admit that it scares me a little, even though the river is not very deep. When I dare to do it I will share it with you of course.
En esta zona puedes conseguir varias escuelas de los deportes acuáticos que aquí practican, no solamente windsurf y kitesurf, también puedes andar en kayak y remo. Me parece que es excelente plan para un fin de semana pero admito que me da un poco de miedo, aunque el rio no tiene mucha profundidad. Cuando me atreva a hacerlo lo compartiré con ustedes por supuesto.
This place seems totally magical to me, everything that has to do with nature is for me. And there, without a doubt, you can breathe much calmer and relax in these summer days.
Este lugar me parece totalmente mágico, todo lo que tenga que ver con la naturaleza para mi lo es. Y allí sin duda alguna se respira mucho mas tranquilo y puedes relajarte en estos días del verano.
