It was definitely worth coming, for me too, and I am glad for you too :)
Oh, the tunnels, when they are really long, can give a bit of a strange feeling. We passed once a tunnel by car, between Italy and France, it was 16km long... And so many shorter tunnels in the south of Italy, more than 100 each time we drive there. This was a super short one, you would not be scared ;)
