Leato is a famous beach in Gorontalo. This is why many visitors come and the vibe is more energetic than other beaches. This beach is popular for its white, soft-textured coastline.
Leato beach is one of the white sand beaches at Gorontalo Province - located on Sulawesi island (Celebes island), one of the large islands in Indonesia country.
This picture was taken in 2016, when this beach was not visited by many tourists. The blue water is very clear and contrasts with the light color of the sand. There was still many traditional fishing boats when I visited, and we can rent them to watching beautiful marine life from the boat.
Best option: Walk on the beach. The coast is moderate in length, requiring time to traverse its ends. To avoid discomfort, tourists should step aside during the day. Else, sun's heat becomes a problem :D
