We were warned before our first trip to Amsterdam that you if you want coffee you avoid coffeeshops. I had a giggle when I read your post. I was last in Holland many years ago. I was living in the UK and could drive across (via the ferry). One of my highlights was the cheese. Amazing. And the tulips. We spent two days cycling through the tulip fields. I hope your experience is unforgettable
Haha, I was just as surprised to hear about the coffeeshop not serving coffee, we were in The Hague yesterday, and I saw a number there as well😉
It really is an unforgettable experience, we've been to a number of towns, their transport system is just amazing!
The initial plan was that hubby and I go in May to see the tulips, but his health was starting to fail.
