Hello everyone in the Pinmapple community! Today I am back here to share with you a tourist adventure. This time I will be talking about the "Santa Fe Station" bowling alley, a place that I visited with my family to celebrate a different Sunday by playing bowling. This place is located in the famous "Santa FeStation" hotel/casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada. In it we can find not only the bowling alley but also a complete sector dedicated to betting, restaurants, bars and a quite diverse cinema. I will talk about this building in the future since it is quite large and complex, for now I will dedicate myself to the bowling alley. Let's start with it.
"Santa Fe Lanes" works like a bowling alley that has 60 lanes to play with family, friends or simply with whoever you want. They have a merchandise store where you can purchase your own bowling equipment, a soda fountain (Keglers Bar & Grill) where you can eat sandwiches, some fast food, drinks and snacks, you can also find lockers to store your belongings and private rooms for events. Regarding the latter, you can pre-book your next "party" (the name given to large gatherings) simply by calling the venue. You can also attend events held at the bowling alley that have more to do with bowling league players. The style of the place is quite cheerful, colorful, somewhat eccentric and with a particular style of googie architecture.
My sister's husband's friends like to do activities with family and friends, so they invited us to play bowling with them. This is how I discovered the bowling alley. I hadn't played bowling for quite a few years, in fact, if I remember correctly I think I only did it on one or two occasions (quite a bit to be an expert at it hahaha). I didn't remember how much fun it was and I definitely did really well for a while when I started playing. My biggest rival was my brother-in-law because he managed to knock down all the pine trees. My sister was feeling a little sick so she couldn't play too much, but she still tried her best not to quit. My brother-in-law won and he felt very proud. ¡Hola a todos en la comunidad de Pinmapple! El día de hoy vuelvo por acá para compartir con ustedes una aventura turística. Esta vez estaré hablando sobre la bolera "Santa Fe Station", un sitio que visite junto a mí familia con motivo de celebrar un día domingo diferente jugando al boliche. Este lugar se encuentra en el famoso hotel/casino "Santa FeStation", en Las Vegas, Nevada. En el podremos encontrar no solo la bolera sino también un sector completo dedicado a las apuestas, restaurantes, bares y un cine bastante diverso. Hablaré de este edificio en un futuro ya que es bastante grande y complejo, por los momentos me dedicaré a la bolera. Comencemos con ello.
"Santa Fe Lanes" funciona cómo una bolera qué cuenta con 60 pistas para jugar en familia, con amigos o simplemente con quién tú desees. Poseen una tienda de mercancía dónde podrás adquirir tú propio equipo para jugar a los bolos, una fuente de soda (Keglers Bar & Grill) dónde podrás consumir bocadillos, algo de comida rápida, bebidas y snacks, también podrás encontrar casilleros para guardar tus pertenencias y salas privadas para eventos. Con respecto a esto último, puedes reservar con anticipación tu próxima "fiesta" (nombre que se le da a reuniones de gran tamaño) simplemente llamando al lugar. También puedes asistir durante los eventos que realizan en la bolera qué tiene que ver más con jugadores de ligas de bolos. El estilo del lugar es bastante alegre, colorido, algo excéntrico y con un estilo particular de la arquitectura googie.
Los amigos del esposo de mí hermana gustan de realizar actividades en familia y con amigos, así que nos invitaron a jugar boliche junto con ellos. Es así cómo conocí la bolera. Yo tenía bastantes años que no jugaba al boliche, de hecho, si mal no recuerdo creo que solo lo hice en una o dos ocasiones (bastante poco cómo para ser una experta en ello jajaja). No recordaba cuan divertido era y definitivamente me fue muy bien durante algún tiempo cuando comencé a jugar. Mí mayor rival fue mi cuñado pues lograba tumbar todos los pinos. Mí hermana se sentía un poco enferma así que no pudo jugar demasiado, sin embargo igual hizo su mejor intento por no abandonar. Ganó mí cuñado y pues él se sentía muy orgulloso. En resumen, yo diría que fue un momento muy genial de compartir. Sin más que decir, muchísimas gracias por pasar por aquí y leer mí publicación. Un fuerte abrazo.
