Fue un largo viaje en moto con un grupo de amigos, salimos a las 2 de la mañana, todos muy motivados por este viaje hacia el Santander, nuestra primera para fue a tomar café y a descansar un poco en San José del Nus,luego de eso paramos a desayunar en puerto Araujo, para recargar energías y continuará el viaje por una via no muy buena, sin embargo tambien es bueno encontrarnos con carretera destapada y tener mucha más aventura, esta nos llevó hasta el municipio de Vélez, donde aprovechamos a tomar algo. Ya se sentia un cambio de clima y donde aproximadamente llegaba a los 33°c, luego de esto nos dirigimos a nuestro destino. Nada más y nada menos que las gachas (caño cristales de Santander)este increíble lugar está ubicado en Guadalupe y es una cascada donde la naturaleza formo una laja que tiene más de 200 cráteres, el rojo predomina en el paisaje, la piedra pinta las aguas cristalinas y el verde de la montaña adorna el horizonte, a su vez que el cielo azul y ese bonito atardecer nos deja anonadados.

It was a long motorcycle trip with a group of friends, we left at 2 am, all very motivated by this trip to Santander, our first stop was to drink coffee and rest a little in San Jose del Nus, after that we stopped for breakfast in Puerto Araujo, to recharge energy and continue the journey through a not very good road, however it is also good to meet with unpaved road and have much more adventure, this took us to the town of Velez, where we took the opportunity to drink something. We already felt a change of weather and where approximately reached 33°c, after this we headed to our destination. Nothing more and nothing less than the gachas (caño cristales de Santander) this incredible place is located in Guadalupe and is a waterfall where nature formed a slab that has more than 200 craters, the red predominates in the landscape, the stone paints the crystal clear waters and the green of the mountain adorns the horizon, while the blue sky and the beautiful sunset leaves us stunned.

Si, disfrute mucho del lugar, está cascada de agua permite deslizarse por la laja y caer a estos cráteres. Algunos son muy hondos, en otros se toca el fondo y el agua es de muy buena temperatura.
