My wife and I left Texas in April and headed east. We took our time through Louisiana, stopping a few times to camp in national or state parks in our campervan. Then we moved on to Mississippi and Alabama. Almost since we left home, Theresa has been looking for alligators.
Her fascination with alligators partly has to do with the many signs we've encountered that say, "Please don't feed the alligators."
We wouldn't think of such a thing.
Moving across Alabama and into Florida, we stopped in Pensacola just to get a view of life there before heading on toward Tallahassee and camping out at Lake Talquin. That was one of our favorite camping experiences. When we left there, we headed to Orlando for a weekend.
I had a business event in Orlando.
After leaving Orlando, we headed north and spent some time in Savannah, Georgia. It's a really neat southern town built on public parks. There's a public square every two blocks!
Well, here's what we saw when we got there. If you like the video, subscribe to our YouTube channel.
