You have quite an adventure there. Being inspired by your post, now I miss long travels already 😜 I saw a video recently that Emu (in India) are not meant to be consumed as food, however the eggs can be eaten (pls correct me if I’m wrong about that).
By the way, I’m deeply touched by the generosity and humility of the lady. Omg, how I wish that we (humankind) will be as kind as her. The world will be a different place if so.
