How's everyone's day today? Do you feel happy? As promised in the previous post, in this post, I will post pictures of camping to celebrate my sister's birthday in Hoa Bac.
Restaurant or family birthday parties are probably quite familiar. I want something new, to make a deeper impression. So I planned with my group of friends who often go camping to organize a camping trip and combine it with a birthday party. Well, this group of mine also has that name, we call the group's name is Bun Dau Mam Shrimp. A very tasty and interesting Vietnamese dish.
That day I spent my day off preparing and performing. From Vietnam, she started to get up in the morning to go to the market to choose the freshest and freshest foods, then she went back to clean them to marinate the meat to make it absorbent. That day, I bought chicken, snakehead fish, and pork ribs to organize an outdoor bbq session.
Oh, I forgot to introduce this campsite. This beach has now been bought by an individual and built a camping site called Yen ReTreat that you can see now. This beach is located right next to the river, so it is very beautiful and poetic. When I went up, this was still an empty field for local people to graze cows, so it was very wild...
We started from the city at 3 pm and then moved to the north and divided each other into stages such as setting up a tent, some people lit a fire to have coal, others prepared different stages. Since it's a group that has been on many trips together, everyone is quite familiar, the coordination is quite smooth...
Because my chicken and ribs are quite large, it took about 2 hours to bake for the food to be prepared, and some members because we had to go later, we only started sitting at the party at 8 pm. The party is the grilled dishes that we prepare by ourselves. grilled chicken, grilled snakehead fish, grilled ribs ... and birthday cake. Oh, and there's also the wine that my mother cooks and picks up... that was our memorable drinking party, to this day, everyone still clearly remembers the party that day.
The party took place with a very happy and comfortable atmosphere, everyone ate, drank, sang together until late at night... Because I prepared everything and didn't sleep at noon, I was quite tired to sit and play and drink until 0:00, then I went to the tent to sleep. At that time, a few people began to enter the tent to rest. I still remember very clearly that at that time, my younger sisters, Luu, Hoang, Vy, Tuyen, Le, and Xuan were still drinking. until 2 o'clock when I went out to play again, only 5 members were still drinking :) cheering... everything...
Early tomorrow, I and some members who don't drink late wake up early to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise over the river. It can be said that this place is very poetic, very peaceful, and rustic, it gives me a feeling of lightness and comfort.
I think everyone should try organizing a birthday party combining camping with nature, It's very interesting and leaves a great impression. Let's see some recorded moments of Mr. Hac Hai, a brother in our group.
