Hello my friends, today I would like to tell you a little about my vacation last year. On this occasion I will be talking about Rancho Querete, an area protected by flora and fauna, in our country. Since it is an incredible and beautiful habitat. This is located in Sancti Spiritu, near Yaguajay.
The protection of these places is of great importance since there are very few that still remain. A characteristic of this place is the extremely cold water, since its supply comes from the caves, because they are full of minerals.
Since you are on the road you begin to see signs that show you the direction you have to go. It is important to clarify that you must make a reservation in order to go.
When you arrive you have to stand in a small line where you can enter little by little with your group. There is where they assign you to the lifeguard who will guide you throughout that area. Also from the moment you arrive you must reserve your food, so that later there is no possibility that you will not be able to have lunch.
Then the lifeguard who is in charge of our group begins to give some instructions, which must be followed perfectly. From that moment on, start walking towards the caves and one of the most beautiful areas of that entire place "The Valdés Caves".
The path in some parts is somewhat narrow and there is a lot of mud, but it is worth it because when you arrive you find a wonderful wonder.
After arriving at the place, the next thing you should do is leave the bags and backpacks you brought somewhere, so you can start with the fun.
Personally, I was fascinated by it. We brought a music system to have more fun. After a few hours had passed, we returned so we could have lunch and then return to the water.
It is important to clarify that in these places there is not much coverage, but I think it will not be very necessary to be able to enjoy it to the fullest.
After you have done all that you can ride a horse and a man tells you where you should go. Although I didn't do it because I don't know how to ride a horse and it scares me very much.
Finally, there is a canteen so you can consume everything you want, this is paid in national currency.
This is a great destination to connect with nature, enjoy beautiful landscapes and fresh air. There are places where you can sit and rest if by chance you don't like getting into cold water. It is also an excellent place to take beautiful landscape photographs.
I hope you liked this great trip through the most beautiful areas of Cuba. Soon I will continue telling you about my experiences on vacation.
