Anyway, in answer to your question. Just write about your life. People will be interested. You say simple, I say interesting. I love to hear how other people live, their towns and countries, and what they eat and do every day.
Your life is especially interesting, you're in a chair and no one can understand how difficult that must be. Tell us! Help us to understand.
Your English is good, I will help you if you want and just write as much as you can. Be sincere, choose the right community to post in and you will get good votes.
