We live in Schaffhausen so for us it takes ages to get to Interlaken. If we would live in Luzern we would probably be in that area every other weekend 😂
We were sooo lucky with the weather and since it's only the start of the season there were not even that many tourists, so it was cool. I still want to go once in summer, so let's see if we will be this lucky again :)
Well, Holland is indeed different.. let's see if you will have some snow this year :)
Still from Luzern this was also a 2 hour train ride, but indeed from Schaffhausen that is like a half a day trip. But you guys have the Rheinfallen :D For some reason I never visited that while it must be beautiful as well.. (I guess also weather dependent)
Did you need to buy the ticket in advance to get up there? Or is it just possible to go when you see the weather will be good? That could change the plan for a good one once you see the weather is going to be nice.
They are talking about snow in Holland here potentially for this week. Fingers crossed, I love snow and everything turns into a disaster here because we aren't used to it so it is really amusing. (Everyone still goes by bike even when there is snow and expects the travel to take the same amount of time)
