It was 2019 April, we planned a road trip to Rajasthan. And on first day of our trip we reached Udaipur. It was a long drive (around 680 KM) still, smooth roads, less traffic, nice weather and early leaving helped us reach here quite on time.
We reached our stay at around 3:00 PM had lunch there and after some rest left for evening stroll. We visited market, sukhadia circle, sahelio ki baori, fatehsagar lake.
A road along fatehsagar lake was decorated with lights it had some seatings on both sides of the road and the road was only for walk. The night view and whole vibe there was amazing and we spent great time there. Overall it was a well spent day including the journey and then some sightseeing and then a walk on a busy well lit road along a lake.
On other end of the road there was a fish aquarium and we stepped in there there were quite a lot of fishes. There was a big glass box which had a space in middle for people to put their heads and have view of the fishes like they are inside the box
On next day we went to City Palace and Jagdish Temple on the way. City Palace is magnificent. There is so much to see and experience in City Palace that you can easily spend 3-4 hours there. Though we have visited such Palaces in other cities like Jaipur, Mysore but this was bigger and looked more royal.
