| Hi there, this is my first post in this community and I would love to share with you my favorite activity -SUP paddleboarding! (Paddleboards are like long surfboards but you also have a paddle) We made an awesome trip with our paddleboards in dam Tsonevo to the rock phenomenon The Wonderful Rocks. This is in Bulgaria, near Varna city. I've seen the Rocks before but not this way, not from water. That's what I love about paddleboarding - gives me a completely different point of view! I think I appreciate this Rock phenomenon way more now when I got the chance to explore it from new angle. The rocks are about 40-50 meters high, limestone, and they are formed like this with the power of wind and water.While we were in the water we saw few different birds...which I didn't recognize 🙃 but for the birdwatchers it would be great spot to observe the feathered friends. If you get the chance to try paddleboarding, please do 🙃 I'm sure you will love it! If you want to see the Wonderful Rocks you can go with car or by water 😉, you just need to get to Asparuhovo village....if you are in Bulgaria. If not, get on a plane, arrive in Varna airport and then go the village 😁 | Здравейте, това е първият ми пост в тази общност и много искам да ви споделя любимата ми дейност - СЪП ...няма как да го преведа на български и да звучи добре...🙃 сърф с гребло/падълборд. Направихме си невероятно пътешествие с падълбордовоте в язовир Цонево до скалният феномен Чудните скали. Това е в България, близо до Варна. Виждала съм скалите и преди, но не и по този начин, не и по вода. Това е, което обичам на SUP - дава ми изцяло нова гледна точка! Мисля, че оценям скалния феномен много повече, след като имах възможността да го разгледам от друг ъгъл. Скалите са с височина около 40-50 метра, варовиков, и са се образували по този начин благодарение на силата на вятъра и водата. Докато бяхме във водата видяхме и няколко птици....което не разпознах 🙃 но за орнитолозите ще е прекрасно място за наблюдение на пернатите приятели. Ако ви се отдаде възможност да пробвате падълборд, моля направете го 🙃 Знам, че ще ви хареса! Ако искате да стигнете до скалите, може с кола или по вода 😉 просто стигнете до село Аспарухово...ако сте в България. Ака не, качвате се на самолета, кацате на летище Варна и от там към селото.😁 |
I hope you like this post and can I just add, if you ever rent outdoor gear like paddleboards, kayaks, boats, etc please consider small buisnesses. I know can go to REI, Decathlon, or whatever big sports store you have in your country, and rent everything there BUT if you support small family or community based buisnesses you support real familes with passion, not a corporation. Thank you!

Знам, че е по- лесно да отидете до REI, Декатлон или какъвто и да е големият спортен магазин в държавата ви, НО ако подкрепите малкия семеен или местен бизнес, вие подкрепяте истински семейства, а не корпорации.
