Hello Hivers, it's Doughnahhh, back with another blog series! I'm thrilled to share something unique this time a personal reward that I've been intending to give myself. I felt it was time for me to take a short break from everything to refresh, to get away from the toxic world and hustle of work and reconnect with myself again. It’s been a long time since I’ve been treating myself. We've all experienced how exaggerated life can be, particularly when teasing the continued demands of work and also the personal duties. So the time comes that I figured out why not take some time to pause for everything for refreshingness and do something for myself. This small break is more than simply a trip; it's an intentional decision for me to take a step back and breathe for the exhausting and focus on my very own well-being for once.
In this blog series, I will be documenting my trip, so come with me including what I'm doing, how I'm feeling throughout my trip and possibly even sharing some lessons with you all that I've learned along the way. Whether you will be deciding about taking a similar break or you will be encouraged with my experience, or maybe you are curious about recharging and reconnecting with yourself again, I hope this resonates with you and inspires you to give yourself a very well-deserved break from this tiring world. Going there, I saw a gorgeous sunset that took my breath away; it was so very adorable. It flashed on me that it is a lovely reminder that each day has the potential to be fabulous. Seeing it reminds me that it is very possible to begin our day nicely; the rest is up to us; we are the ones who hold it together, and I discover calmness and beauty after seeing it. The other side of it reminded me that each day is a new, fresh beginning, and it’s our opportunity to establish ourselves for the hours ahead of it. The rest of the day is all beyond our control. The way we hold it, the energy we may bring, and the mindset we adopt are entirely up to us.
Tumalog Falls is my first destination, and it's a very exceptional tourist destination. The waterfall is very beautiful and adorable, with the crystal pure water flowing down from above throughout the rocks is so very satisfying to watch. The surroundings of nature emphasize the beauty of the area with sparkling vegetation and the towering trees, bringing a very peaceful atmosphere. The sound of the water of the falls running down creates a calm and warm atmosphere, it is a great spot to unwind and enjoy nature it is very breathtaking to relax. The view of the falls is very sparkling it can catch the attention of the tourists. The sunlight that reflects the fall is very breathtaking and this Tumalog Falls makes me feel like a hidden paradise. They opened again last month; they were closed for a while. If you ever have the opportunity to visit, grab it, as they are still open. We don't know, maybe time will come again that they were going to close in a while, so as they are still open come and visit now. You will never regret it. I swear it is well worth the trip.
My second destination is the Sumilon Sandbar, which genuinely captivates with its very stunning beauty. Being there is really calming and relaxing, and it’s very peaceful also. The blue seas surrounded me, spreading it out endlessly before me. The gentle flow of the waves and the smoothness of the powdery sand beneath my feet that create a calm ambiance that instantly relaxes my soul with each inch of it. The serenity in there developed around me, with its clear skies and its abundant marine life it fills me with awe and amazement. This spot where time seems for me to stand still, is allowing me to fully enjoy its nature of tranquility. This entire experience has left me feeling amazed and appreciative for the opportunity to witness this, such a breathtaking natural paradise.
My last destination is the Oslob Cuartel, Heritage Park, and Museum Oslob. These locations are in the same area but are slightly further apart and each offer a unique blend of history and culture. The Oslob Cuartel is an antique influenced by the Spanish era with historical value that provides a glimpse into the past edition. The Oslob Heritage Park is surrounded by firm nature, has a calm ambiance, and was inspired by a colorful vibe. The back view is of the sea, and the atmosphere inside is quite pleasant. There is a logo center with the pride of Oslob. Last but not least, the Museum Oslob has an amazing collection of artifacts and exhibitions that emphasize local history and culture before you enter, creating an aesthetically pleasing and compelling experience that can draw tourists. The entire area creates a demure and artistic beauty that blends calm with antiquity. For those who want to explore its natural beauty and its rich historical sites, this is a perfect spot.
