Moscow, Russia: Easter eggs, love trees and the Kremlin views

Hello people!

The days of Easter are over, those days with spring air, better temperatures and with some traditions, like the ones I have shared on a previous post or others like the Easter eggs, very popular in some places, such as in Russia.

So I remembered that walk during my stay in the capital, in Moscow, on a not so cold and quite pleasant afternoon in which I discovered the love for Easter eggs in Russia, and also another type of love, as well as some impressive views of the city's best-known place, the Kremlin.
Let's go!

Easter Eggs

And walking near my favorite museum in the city, the Tetryakov Gallery, I suddenly discovered a spontaneous art exhibition, in which on one of the main streets of that area leading to the Moscow River, many giant painted eggs appeared on that day.
Some were being painted at that moment, and passersby looked at them with interest and admired each of the beautiful, colorful and lovely designs. Here are some of them, which one do you like the most?

Love trees bridge

And we now approach the city's river and one of its many bridges, passing by some official European building, this time we arrive at a smaller but much more charming pedestrian bridge, because it has a very special decoration.
In the central area of the bridge there are metal structures in the shape of trees, to which thousands of padlocks are hooked.
You know, the popular trend that we see in almost every country in which lovers write their names on a padlock and leave it on a bridge. In this case not on the railings but on these improvised but also artistic trees, which are called the trees of love. How beautiful!

The Kremlin views

We arrived at a wonderful park in Bolotnaya Square with a large statue but we continued our way along the bridge forward because there is another larger bridge that connects with the main area and the center, and from there we contemplated the entire imposing Kremlin complex.

We see the Kremlin in panoramic view, the red wall, the palatial buildings and the group of Orthodox churches with their characteristic golden onion-shaped domes, an architecture that I love. A quiet afternoon in which to take a leisurely stroll simply walking and discovering wonderful details and magnificent views.

We looked around and also to the other side, at the Church of Christ the Savior, which I also really like, and its illuminated silhouette has illuminated us on those peculiar Moscow nights.
But now we look at the river again, with another more distant perspective, thinking that I will have to make another post with my visit to the Kremlin and other places in this beautiful city that is Moscow.

For now, between old memories and photos, I say goodbye as the movie says... "from Russia with love".

Wow those are some beautiful painted detailed eggs. They take egg decorating serious there. I love the views of the Kremlin you took. I like the golden shaped onion domes as well.
