Hola querida comunidad de Hive espero que se encuentren bien, en esta oportunidad los invito a ver mi segundo Tour por las principales atracciones turísticas e históricas del centro de la cuidad de Bogotá, como lo dice en el titulo es el Palacio Museo Histórico de la Policía Nacional.
Hello dear community of Hive I hope you are well, this time I invite you to see my second tour of the main tourist and historical attractions in the center of the city of Bogota, as it says in the title is the Palace Historical Museum of the National Police.
El museo histórico y cultural de la policía nacional de Colombia es una institución sin ánimos de lucro con el objetivo de conservar, preservar y mantener la historia, en las etapas de la policía a lo largo de los años, cuenta con visitas guidas por propios oficiales, con más de 400 piezas y explosiones donde se pueden observar vehículos, armas, equipamiento, y documentos del avances de las épocas de la institución policial, el museo se encuentra abierto de martes a domingo a partir de las 9:00 am hasta las 4:30 pm, la entrada es totalmente gratis la dirección es calle 9 No. 9-27, localidad la Candelaria.

Al entrar al museo nos atiende una oficial policía que nos indica que debemos esperar en el salón de recesión hasta que llegue el guía, donde se aprecia una representación de la pelea del florero acto que inicio la independía del país que mide unos 7 metros de alto por 5 metros de ancho. (Los recorridos se realizan a las 10 de la mañana, 2 y 4 de la tarde).

Al llegar el guía seria un subteniente muy amable nos lleva a la sala principal de la entrada, nos da la bienvenida y nos explica cómo llego el lugar a ser museo histórico y patrimonio del país, además de las medidas de seguridad y bioseguridad que debíamos tener en cada momento del recorrido.

En la primera sala se encuentra un robot antiexplosivos diseñado por la academia de investigación de la policía, que fue diseñado para desactivar posibles bombas explosivas a través de disparo de agua a altísima velocidad, también se encuentra una maqueta del carro de prisión de tiempos de 1912-1919 que contaba con tres policías que custodiaban a los prisioneros, luego el subteniente nos muestra la primera imprenta de la revista policial del país que actualmente está en circulación llamada “magazine” y por ultimo una motocicleta que opera en la segunda guerra mundial creada por el cuerpo de seguridad del país.

Desde ese momento comienza el recorrido por todo el palacio además que contémplanos la hermosa arquitectura del lugar, el museo se compone de un sótano, primer, segundo, tercer y cuarto piso que es una azotea, también un dato curioso es que el museo fue sede policial del país por largo periodos anteriores.

La base del palacio está dedicado a las grandes captura y operaciones de los mayores criminales y organizaciones de Colombia en colaboración con otros países, además contiene el panteón de los Héroes, consta de tres murales y una fuente de agua donde se ilustra la historia de la creación y crecimiento de la institución policial hasta la actualidad.

En esta imagen se puede ver las grandes operaciones que realizo con éxito la policía para detener a los principales cabecillas de los carteles del narcotráfico de Cali y de Medellín.

Las ultimas pertenencia de Pablo Escobar, en la caída del que es considerado capos de capos “el patrón” el museo puedo obtener los últimos instrumentos que poseía Escobar al momento de su muerte, en la imagen se puede ver un reloj, una grabadora Sony, un intercomunicador, una billetera con boletos a centro América con documentación perteneciente a él, además de sus lentes característicos, armas de alto calibre y radio satelital que realizaba llamadas a otros países.

Primer Piso: Sala Precolombina

Luego de ese fuerte repaso por una etapa dolorosa de Colombia, la primera sala que sería la primera etapa recomendada del museo por empezar a conocer, se encuentra la historia antes de la colonización, con entra se encuentra un cuadro marcado de las tablas de Moisés, donde dos de los dos mandamientos sin actualmente delitos penados en la ley, (no mataras y no roboras) además de instrumentos que se utilizaban para caza, recolección, religioso y en cocina hechas de barrio, lo principal de la sala es la historia del “Guecha” un guerreo de la etnia muisca que se encargaba de la protección de las aldeas de los ataques de otras etnias.

Además está el salón del comisario especial Juan María Marcelino Gilibert Laforgue, un militar francés quien fue que organizo la policía nacional de Colombia en 1891 logrando ser primer director en diferentes etapas, en el museo quedan los trajes originales del comisario además de sus armas.

Segundo Piso: Comunicación, Servicios Sociales y Memoria

En este piso se encuentra los diferentes artefactos de comunicación que se utilizaban hace 30 años para enviar mensajes y hacer llamadas dentro de los servicios de la policía, además se puede mostrar el grupo de policía montada los llamados carabineros además se encuentra las medallas consagratorias a los oficiales mas destacados también hay cuadros conmemorativos a los ex comandaste y líderes de la Policía Nacional.
On this floor you can find the different communication devices that were used 30 years ago to send messages and make calls within the police services, also you can see the mounted police group called carabineros, as well as the consecration medals to the most outstanding officers, there are also commemorative pictures to the former commanders and leaders of the National Police.

Tercer Piso: Las Armas

El piso que mas me llamo la atención, fue el tremendo arsenal de piezas que posee el museo, alrededor de 200 ejemplares de armas desde años de 1820 hasta la actualidad, de fabricación arsenal, militar y hasta deportiva se encuentran en este piso, existen pistolas calibre 5,56×45 mm hasta de fabricación casera obtenidas por la policía en operaciones anti criminales, además de escopetas, rifles, ametralladoras, fusiles, cañones de largo alcance todo lo que compone y ha sido parte del armamento de la policía por largos tiempos.

Genial sorpresa nos llevamos a los que estábamos en el tour cuando nos llevan al cuarto piso que sería el techo o terraza, es un lugar que brinda un espectacular vista del centro de la Candelaria, además tiene la vista del Congreso de la Nación, la Casa Presidencial, Palacio de Justicia, la Catedral de Santa Fe y los Cerros Orientales, un lugar amplio para despejar la mente y apreciar la arquitectura colonial del centro de Bogotá.
Great surprise we took those who were on the tour when they take us to the fourth floor which would be the roof or terrace, is a place that provides a spectacular view of the center of Candelaria, also has the view of the Congress of the Nation, the Presidential House, Palace of Justice, the Cathedral of Santa Fe and the Cerros Orientales, a spacious place to clear the mind and appreciate the colonial architecture of downtown Bogota.
Además al respaldo, el subteniente nos llevo a ver la zona suroccidente donde se pudo apreciar el gran barrio Comercial de San Victorino, que anteriormente existía un barrio llamado “el cartucho” considerado el barrio más peligroso de Bogotá, en este sector era centro de refugio de delincuentes, prostitución, asesinos, consumidores de droga, se dice que se producía alrededor del 90% de la droga del país sencillamente a unas cuadras del poder ejecutivo, actualmente fue demolido en la anterior gestión de la alcandía para construir un parque recreativo y deportivo llamado tercer milenio.

Luego de esto el policía guía, nos llevo al salón principal, respondió algunas preguntas que le hicieron los presentes, nos dio la despedida y este fue el final del tour, en conclusión este paseo por el museo de la policía nacional colombiana, ha sido unos de mis mejores recorridos por la historia y memoria de una gran institución que ha sabido avanzar por sus diferentes etapas amargas y difícil que marcaron a un país, con un lema Dios y Patria, son 157.820 policías que las 24 horas del día velan por la seguridad y protección de todos las habitantes.
After this the police guide, took us to the main hall, answered some questions asked by those present, gave us the farewell and this was the end of the tour, in conclusion this walk through the museum of the Colombian national police, has been one of my best tours through the history and memory of a great institution that has managed to move through its different bitter and difficult stages that marked a country, with a motto God and Country, are 157,820 police officers who 24 hours a day ensure the safety and protection of all the inhabitants.
