This is a simple school, but with very good taste and a high-caliber teaching staff.
I immediately set about what I was invited to do: perform my educational concert with the 30 studies of maestro Leo Brouwer.
However, this isn't the most important thing about this trip. The most beautiful thing about this place is that I reconnected with three of my students whom I taught until they graduated from high school and later became teachers at this school.
After the concert, several students from the school asked me to take some photos and ask me to sign autographs for their notebooks.
You may think this article has little to do with the group's purpose, but I assure you it does.
This is my first trip to the province as a concert artist, and I've discovered that if you want to enjoy top-notch art, this is the place to go in Ciego de Ávila.
They host students from third grade to ninth grade, but with a higher level than many schools in the country.

Ñola Sahíg Saínz y de paso ofrecer un concierto didáctico.Como parte de mi #viaje a la Feria del Libro de Ciego de Ávila, me invitaron a visitar la Escuela Elemental de Arte
En esta ocasión me acompañó la mamá de mi alumna Érika, Yari.
Esta es una escuela sencilla, pero con muy buen gusto y un claustro de profesores de gran nivel.
Al momento me puse para lo que me invitaron: realizar mi concierto didáctico con los 30 estudios del maestro Leo Brouwer.
No obstante, esto no es lo más importante de este viaje. Lo más hermoso de este lugar es que me reencontré con tres alumnas mías a quienes les dí clases hasta que se graduaron de nivel medio superior y posteriormente comenzaron de profesoras en esta escuela.
Al terminar el concierto, varios alumnos de la escuela me pidieron tomarse unas fotos y que les firmara autógrafos en su libreta.
Quizás piensen que este artículo no tiene que ver mucho con el propósito del grupo, pero les aseguro que sí.
Este es mi primer viaje a la provincia como concertista y he descubierto que, si deseas disfrutar de arte de primer nivel, este es el sitio al que tienes que dirigirte en Ciego de Ávila.
Son alumnos desde el Tercer grado hasta noveno, pero con un nivel superior a muchas escuelas del país.
Si no me creen, visiten la escuela y verán que no exagero. Ya saben dónde queda.

No todas las escuelas de arte del país corren con tanta suerte, pero me alegra mucho que la de Ciego tenga buen nivel, a veces pienso que muchas personas olvidan que tan importante es la academia en sus diferentes niveles. Gracias por tan hermoso post.
