After more than 8 hours of flight, we finally arrived in Europe.
disembarking at Madrid airport, the largest in Europe.
The beginning of our trip, however, had some hiccups, as we had a scheduled stopover in Lisbon, Portugal.
we arrived at 7:00 in the morning and our next flight was scheduled for 9:00, but despite this, we ended up missing our connection and had to wait for the next one, which would leave at 11:00.
This is how our long-awaited vacation in Europe began! ❤️
Após mais de 8 horas de voo, finalmente chegamos à Europa.
Desembarcando no aeroporto de Madri, o maior da Europa.
O início da nossa viagem, no entanto, teve alguns percalços, já que tínhamos uma escala programada para Lisboa, Portugal.
Chegamos às 7:00 da manhã e nosso próximo voo estava marcado para as 9:00, mas, apesar disso, acabamos perdendo a conexão e tivemos que esperar pelo próximo, que sairia às 11:00.

Finally, we arrived in Lisbon around 1:30 pm, a little tired, but we decided to make the most of our time.
We started by exploring Rua Augusta and then headed to Bairro Alto, where we were able to try delicious Portuguese cuisine.
Finalmente, chegamos a Lisboa por volta das 13:30, um pouco cansados, mas decidimos aproveitar ao máximo o nosso tempo.
Começamos explorando a Rua Augusta e depois seguimos para o Bairro Alto, onde pudemos experimentar a deliciosa culinária portuguesa.
We found a cozy restaurant, ordered a bottle of wine and some starters.
Lunch was excellent, with my wife choosing a lobster and I opting for the classic Bacalhau à Brás.
Encontramos um restaurante aconchegante, pedimos uma garrafa de vinho e algumas entradas.
O almoço foi excelente, com minha esposa escolhendo uma lagosta e eu optando pelo clássico Bacalhau à Brás.
Both dishes were delicious. After a few hours and a bottle of wine, we left the restaurant in a good mood, even though we were tired.
We headed to Rua Augusta again, this time to taste the famous pastéis de Belém, a divine sweet treat.
Os dois pratos estavam deliciosos. Depois de algumas horas e uma garrafa de vinho, saímos do restaurante de bom humor, mesmo com o cansaço.
Seguimos para a Rua Augusta novamente, desta vez para saborear os famosos pastéis de Belém, um docinho divino.
We took some photos in front of the Tagus River, rested a little and then went back to the hotel to recharge our energy for the next day. 🙏🏻🙌🏻
Tiramos algumas fotos em frente ao rio Tejo, descansamos um pouco e depois voltamos para o hotel para recarregar nossas energias para o próximo dia. 🙏🏻🙌🏻
