Too bad, I just missed the festival today because it was raining so hard that I couldn't attend the event.
There are many here, but these are not necessarily traditional in the area. You can see ranger hat that is common in the United States, Panama hats that are mostly common in the Caribbeans, Vietnamese hats, so there are all kinds of hats from around the world.
Oh, sorry to hear about the rain and that you missed the festival. Maybe there will be something else coming up soon.
