Recientemente estoy residenciada en Panamá provincia, sin embargo no me habia dado tiempo de salir a conocer un poco sus regiones, su cultura, su pueblo y tradiciones... No está de más añadir que amo conectarme con la naturaleza, poder tomar un poco de aire fresco perfumado de aromas proveniente de cada region es gratificante y placentero.
Soy gran apasionada por la actividad turistica, conocer nuevos lugares me llena de deseos y energia positiva, la vida hay que vivirla, así que aprovecha cada momento que tengas disponible para hacer lo que te apasiona. El post de hoy esta dedicado a un lugar emblematico de la tierra panameña la "Cinta Costera".

Recently I have been living in the province of Panama, however I had not had time to go out to know its regions, its culture, its people and traditions..... It is not superfluous to add that I love connecting with nature, being able to take a breath of fresh air scented with aromas from each region, is gratifying and pleasurable.
I am very passionate about tourism, knowing new places fills me with desire and positive energy, life must be lived, so take advantage of every moment you have available to do what you are passionate about. Today's post is dedicated to an emblematic place of the Panamanian land, the "Cinta Costera".
Un lugar donde las palmeras bailan al ritmo de la brisa, donde la paz se transmite por todo tu cuerpo al admirar la belleza de sus paisajes verdes, donde podrás visitar monumentos emblematicos, disfrutar en familia, en pareja o incluso contigo mismo y conectarte con el medioambiente.
A place where palm trees dance to the rhythm of the breeze, where peace is transmitted to your whole body while you admire the beauty of its green landscapes, where you can visit emblematic monuments, enjoy with your family, as a couple or even with yourself and connect with the environment.
El lugar es una visita obligada para todo aquel que quiera conocer más sobre Panamá, entonces, si has tenido la oportunidad de visitar panamá y no visitó este lugar ¿Realmente visitaste Panamá?
The place is a must visit for anyone who wants to know more about Panama, so if you have had the opportunity to visit Panama and did not visit this place, did you really visit Panama?
Hay muchas formas de ingresar a la Cinta costera, uno de los caminos más populares es acceder desde el Casco antiguo de Panamá, sin embargo nuestro recorrido empieza en el popular "Puente elevado" es unnpuente peatonal ubicado encima de la avenida balboa (Panamá Provincia).
There are many ways to enter the Cinta Costera, one of the most popular ways is to access from the old town of Panama, however our tour begins at the popular "Puente Elevado" is a pedestrian bridge located on top of Balboa Avenue (Panama Province).
Un camino que conecta directamente con la "cinta costera", es un poco largo asi que es ideal para admirar la arquitectura de los rascacielos de la ciudad asi como la extensa zona verde que viste el lugar.
A road that connects directly to the "cinta costera", it is a little long so it is ideal to admire the architecture of the skyscrapers of the city as well as the extensive green area that dresses the place.
Tambien se puede apreciar algunas canchas de uso libre para las personas fitnees que quieran practicar alguna actividad fisica se futbol, Basketball, tennis, kickball e incluso juegos de mesa para prácticar pingpong.
You can also see some free use courts for fitnees who want to practice some physical activity such as soccer, basketball, tennis, kickball and even table games to practice pingpong.
La cinta costera es por excelencia uno de los primeros lugares a visitar en Panamá, es un amplio terreno extendido a lo largo de la bahía de Panamá motivo por el cual se puede apreciar un paisaje marino llenando la costa de largas palmeras y adornando el mar con botes, lanchas y barcos.
The coastal strip is par excellence one of the first places to visit in Panama, it is a wide piece of land extended along the bay of Panama, which is the reason why you can appreciate a marine landscape filling the coast with long palm trees and adorning the sea with boats, launches and ships.
Es encantador e increible el contraste del lugar, poder ver las blancas nubes volando por los cielos azules resaltando los largos y grises edificios, y las zonas verdes que dominan el lugar, la manera en la que se mezclan estos paisajes hacen que mis ojos se deleiten
It is charming and incredible the contrast of the place, to be able to see the white clouds flying through the blue skies highlighting the long and gray buildings, and the green areas that dominate the place, the way these landscapes are mixed make my eyes delight.
La orilla esta adornada con piedras enormes con una figura un tanto peculiar lo que hacen de la costa un paisaje único, dentro de las piedras pude ver algunos mapaches típico de la fauna de la región. sin embargo son muy timidos y se escondienron antes de poder tomar una foto.
The shore is adorned with huge stones with a somewhat peculiar figure that make the coast a unique landscape, inside the stones I could see some raccoons typical of the fauna of the region, however they are very shy and hid before I could take a picture.
Un sitio ideal para despejar tu mente, para inspirarte, aprovechar el lugar para ejercicios, jugar, divertirte, hacer un picnic con tus seres queridos, e incluso para una sesión fotográfica tomando en cuenta su increibles paisajes que caracterizan la zona.
An ideal place to clear your mind, to get inspired, to take advantage of the place to exercise, play, have fun, have a picnic with your loved ones, and even for a photo shoot taking into account its incredible landscapes that characterize the area.
Además de canchas el lugar tiene muchos parques repletos de niños jugando, corriendo y gritando disfrutando de un rato divertido y agradable, también está permitido el acceso a las mascotas a las zonas de recreo.
In addition to sports fields, the place has many parks full of children playing, running and screaming enjoying a fun and pleasant time, pets are also allowed in the playgrounds.
La franja tiene un espacio único para las personas que quieran montar bicicleta, patinar o simplemente trotar, cabe destacar que hay un puesto donde prestan bicicletas a todo aquel que lo desee completamente gratis por 2 horas, sin embargo no pude llegar allí ya que el lugar es bastante amplio, la próxima vez sin duda iré.
The strip has a unique space for people who want to ride a bike, skate or just jog, it is noteworthy that there is a stand where they lend bikes to anyone who wants it completely free for 2 hours, however I could not get there because the place is quite long, next time I will certainly go.

Habian manadas de aves en sus areas verdes, ellos tambien se toman su tiempo para admirar el paisaje :D
There was a group of birds in the green areas, they also take their time to admire the landscape :D

Al final de mi recorrido encontré un señor alimentando unos gatos locales, fue muy inesperado toparme con felinos, sin embargo amo los gatos y con gusto fuí a darles caricias y ayudar a alimentarlos
At the end of my tour I found a gentleman feeding some local cats, it was very unexpected to meet felines, however I love cats and gladly went to pet them and help feed them.
El lugar es muy largo por lo cual es muy dificil visitar completamente en un solo día, aún quedan lugares por recorrer, espero les haya gustado y nos vemos en mi siguiente post✨
