RE: Let's travel together #267 - Biserica Evanghelică "Sfânta Maria" (”Saint Mary” Evangelical Parish Church)

Back in 2019 when I moved to Sibiu the church was also closed for at least one year due to renovation process so it definitely took me a while until I discovered it from the inside but it was worth it. I'll have to visit it again one day though, to make sure that I have a proper experience and don't get the pressure of the wedding on my shoulders 🤣

Yay, I knew something! I keep telling to myself that I should attend one of these concerts held in churches one day. Don't know when that day will come though, haha.

It was my pleasure to tag you, and thank you for stopping by. Hope you have a lovely end of the weekend 🙌🏻

Tomorrow I'm going to upload you the photos I took back then, to show you how the church looked like at the end of 2016. We went there to visit the Christmas fair by the way.

You definitely need to go back one day and visit the inside again as you could not be cheeky before a wedding ceremony 😄

And you also need to attend an organ concert in a church, this one would be excellent as the organ must be in a good condition and the acoustic of the church must be great. It's a unique experience, you won't regret it 😉 trust me! I keep thinking that during church services, songs must be accompanied by the organ, so I suppose if you attend the service, you can listen to the organ and take some photos at the end as well. Although those church songs can't be compared to a real concert.

Wish you a wonderful weekend, what's left of it 😀

I can only imagine how beautiful the acoustic of these concerts is, but looking forward to both the experience and seeing some pictures from you 😁

Have a beautiful Sunday!

Here it is. If you compare these with your photos, you'll see the difference :)

Again, these were taken in December, 2016.

Ugh, yeah, it looks pretty different now 😯
