Last July 2023, I visited Club Samal Resort in Davao City, and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is surrounded by nature, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect escape from the busy city life. Let me tell you about what I saw and how I felt during my visit.
The First Impression
When I arrived at the resort, the first thing I noticed was how clean and beautiful the surroundings were. The resort is located near the beach, and I could already hear the soft sound of waves from the entrance. Tall palm trees lined the area, swaying gently with the wind. The place felt fresh and inviting, and I couldn’t wait to explore more.
A View of the Ocean
The view of the ocean from the resort is amazing. Standing there, I could see the calm blue sea stretching out to the horizon. The water sparkled under the sunlight, and small boats passed by occasionally. The breeze from the sea was cool and refreshing, and it made me feel relaxed right away.
The resort has a pathway near the beach where you can walk and enjoy the scenery. I spent a lot of time just walking slowly, taking in the view, and feeling the fresh air. The sound of the waves hitting the shore was calming, like nature’s own music.
The Beach Area
The beach at Club Samal is beautiful. The sand is clean and soft, perfect for walking barefoot. The water was clear, and I could see small fish swimming near the shore. There were a few spots where you could sit and just enjoy the view of the ocean.
I sat under the shade of a tree, watching the gentle waves and feeling the cool breeze on my face. It was one of the most peaceful moments of my trip.

Every corner of the resort has something beautiful to see.The tal coconut tree and the place is full of natural beauty. I took my time walking around, stopping often to enjoy the sights and sounds of the resort.
A Relaxing Time by the Pool
The swimming pool at Club Samal Resort was one of the highlights of my visit. During the day, the pool looked so inviting with its crystal-clear water reflecting the blue sky. The area around the pool was surrounded by palm trees and greenery, creating a tropical vibe.
I spent time lounging near the pool, enjoying the cool breeze and the warm sunlight. Watching the water ripple gently in the wind was so calming.
At night, the pool area turned magical. Soft lights lit up the water, making it glow under the dark sky. The atmosphere became even more relaxing. Sitting by the pool at night, listening to the faint sound of the waves in the background, felt like a dream. It’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful evening.
A Peaceful Atmosphere
Club Samal Resort is very quiet and peaceful. There were no loud noises at that time, only the sounds of nature, the rustling of leaves, the chirping of birds, and the gentle waves. It’s the perfect place to relax and clear your mind.
I spent some time just sitting quietly, looking at the sea and feeling the cool breeze. It was a chance to pause, think, and appreciate the simple beauty of life.
