I actually bookmarked your post on Road Trip to South Cebu because of the restaurants you featured there. I really wanted to try Barrio Kusina when we went to Alcoy but we just brought so much food with us it would be impractical to eat at a restaurant.

Oh wow, that's nice :) Yes, being practical nowadays is wise and no to food waste. I am sure there would be other opportunities to try in the future.
