Sort:  

For me, there are too many different beers with too many different brewing styles and ingredients.
Here in Bavaria, only water, hops and malt are allowed in a classic beer.

Oh, I see :)) Weißbier and Märzen differ a lot either, and as far as I know, they both came from Bavaria, or at least have a tradition there :)
