Bandera mountain is quitely far from urbanized places like houses, commercial establishments even Provincial Roads. It needs to crossed the river and take almost an hour of walking travel through road trails before reaching the Place. A kind of challenging road trail because of slippery road due to morning dews and lots of peebles and rocks. Aside of that, thick wild plants and grass can be seen here and a kind of slope place perfect for those mountain climbers adventurers. Aside of that, there are also lots of neighboring mountains can be seen because of its great overviews including those plain nearby areas here in Bandera point.
Bandera mountains contains lots of wild grass just like this. Animals like Cows loves to eat this kind of grass in fact aside of village areas built owned by Native people that time, there was also cow ranch here but it was also totally abandoned and the place was growed by lots of thick grass. Bandera contains three small hills and all of this are covered with lots of wild plants, but even if it is that kind of situations and scene here, bikers and other adventuristic people loves to explored Bandera Mountain. In fact there are lots of bikers went here everyday spend time with friends by doing camping.
Only few coconut trees can be seen here and some of it are already died caused by wild fire many years has passing by, lots of valuable plants and crops inluding hundreds of coconut plants. All of the coconut plants here already produced lots of coconut fruits until today. Approximately there are only 20 coconut trees left and grows here in Bandera mountain aside of that, there are also some few banana plants grows. Bandera Mountain is not perfect for animal ranch and camping areas but it is also good as farm land perfect for crops and any valuable plants.
Houses are built in light materials like round lumbers and bamboo pieces. This unique house was owned by Native people who lived here and they left the house and living in other mountainous place in Manticao. The house was built in hanging positions so it can keep away from wild and dangerous animals that time. It builts near at the big trees so they can also easily climb up to the tree.
Lots of trees were lots of wild animals can be seen and found like birds, snakes and even wild cats also lives in here. Some kinds of native hardwood trees like Mahogany, Molave and even Narra tree lives and grows here it keeps the place well relaxing and comfortable because of the coolness of the place brought by trees.
This mountain is also compost with rock particles called Silica stones. In fact some of the chunk of stones are already half burried to the soil centuries already. Some of it are already showed at the surface. Grass are already crowl and slowly covers the big stones and some of it are vanished because of the thick grasses.
This is the best place or area for a camping trip, a plain and spacious place at the top of the Mountain. It is surrounded with small trees called "Salimbonot" and other kinds of wild plants and wild grass.
Visiting Bandera Mountains is perfect specially during summer season, we can see lots of wild animals and aside of that a great over views of nearby areas. Thank you for visiting my post, have a nice day everyone.
