Balwarte Ni Alfredo is one of the most famous spots in Cebu City to relax and unwind for riders from a long ride. It was used to be called D'Village Antique House located specifically in Gaas, Balamban, Cebu City, where you can search it on Google Map or Waze if you are unfamiliar of the place.

This was a ride we had at 3:00 AM, and here are the other people who were at the Balwarte Ni Alfredo. As you can see, there were still many people, even though it was already 3:00 AM. We parked our motorcycle in the designated parking area just outside of the place, and then we went in. By the way, it is our first time in this place, so let us all discover this place together.
This three-storey antique house features a shop on the ground floor that offers affordable items and food. Along with serving hot coffee and chocolate, they also sell liquor and beer for those looking to relax with friends. Despite the chilly ride at 3:00 AM, we warmed up with a cup of coffee and indulged in some chocolate, priced at only 20 pesos per cup.
This establishment offers great convenience for riders looking for a quick caffeine fix or a snack. The prices are budget-friendly and inviting. Additionally, customers may use the restroom free of charge if they make a purchase at the shop. It is really convenient for riders to stop by the place after a long ride.
Since it is our first time here, I got so intrigued by what was on the 2nd floor, so we went up and brought our cups of coffee and hot chocolate because we were thinking of drinking it. The second floor has more and more tables and chairs for customers to enjoy and dine in. There's even a third floor that you can go into somewhat like a rooftop, but it was just so windy and freezing cold so we went down back to the ground floor and drank our coffee. The place itself is already cold enough; plus, given the time we went here, it was still early morning, so it was indeed cold.
While I was savoring my cup of hot chocolate, I noticed a plethora of stickers plastered all over the place. These stickers mainly belong to motorcycle groups and enthusiasts who have visited Balwarte ni Alfredo and left their mark behind. It's a tradition and culture of sorts, where anyone who visits Balwarte in Alfredo and has a sticker to display, puts it up on the wall. It's hard to miss them as they are scattered all around.
There are also a lot of motorcycle jerseys sold here.

They offer a great selection of coffee and drinks that are easy on the budget, and you'll get a stunning view of the beautiful town of Balamban, Cebu City, Philippines.
