Recently I went on a day trip to Kothi Village with my friend. This Village is on the way to Rohtang and beyond this place it requires special permission to go to Rohtang.
It is a very small village and situated in high altitude as compared to Manali main market. Kothi is a very beautiful village and every year lots of movies are shot here both bollywood and hollywood.
It was a sunny day and less crowded as well. Because we went there in the month of November. Basically it is the best time to visit Manali because it is off season and it is easy to roam around without being stuck in traffic.
We went to this place near Kothi where we can see this small river which is called Beas river. Here, it is looking so small because it is near it’s origin point. The place looks really beautiful and the best time to visit this place is during Mansoon but the risk is very high that time. The risk of floods and landslides is there during the Mansoon but trust me, the beauty of this place is at its peak during rainy season because you can see almost seven waterfalls flowing from the mountain and it is so colourful.
Well this is all about my recent trip but yeah, I will try to visit this place during Mansoon and show you how beautiful this place looks.
