Hello fellow lakwatsero(Traveler) in Hive, I will bring you to a calm and tranquil spot mountain resort called Gray Stone Farm for today's blog. This place is known for its astonishing overlooking view, rolling hills, and green fields, which can be your perfect background for your photography and IG worth-it photos.
This resort is ideal for family, friends, and company outings looking to unwind and enjoy outdoor activities. This is also perfect for couples longing for a romantic place for their partner. For singles, don't worry, this place can also accommodate you and give you the peace you need for your me time. It's a pet-friendly resort, you can bring your fur babies to this wonderful place.
To tell you for my three years in Cebu I have no Idea about this place. So when my colleagues informed us about the team bonding and a farewell event as well for our other colleagues and told us about Gray Stone Farm, Honestly I could not imagine the place, so I looked up the internet, and the result my curiosity turned into excitement when I saw this views.
It was Saturday afternoon February 4, 2023, when we arrived at the resort, the weather was calm and we were all excited to explore the place. We are greeted with a beautiful smile by the resort staff, who guide us to our House Villa. and this wonderful view gives us a warm welcome that amazes us on this place.
After placing our things, we quickly explored the villa and its refreshing view. Later we prepare some food for our snack, then we go to the Karaoke room. My colleagues love to sing so we rented out the Karaoke room from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
We enjoyed karaoke time we sang our favorite songs and jammed together, and we roamed around the resort. They have an area inside the mahogany trees where you can burn fire and go camping. It is just a few minutes from the Karaoke area.
In the Lower Side area, there is a Glamping area that you will also love. Beside this is a newly built infinity pool with a background of rolling Hills. Few people are in this area, this is a nice spot to reconnect with nature, you will feel the silence and calmness of the surroundings.
In the Upper location of the resort, you will find their function area, coffee house, and another infinity pool. It's a little bigger than the other one. On this part of the resort, you will have a full 360 view of the mountain range, It is a little cooler on this part and gives you the best background for your photo shoot.
On the other side of the Pool, you will see also their guest house for your accommodation just in case you want to stay for a night on Gray Stone. They have unique guesthouses that are built on the uphill side of the mountain, It has a breathtaking view from the inside.

Location
This Farm Resort is located in Hamtik, Babag 2 (Transcentral Highway) Cebu City. It is just 30 minutes away from the City. To reach this place you can rent a Taxi or use your private vehicle, just follow the map and it will bring you to this resort. Public transportation is also available but it's not recommendable. In our experience, it's better to rent out a vehicle or use a private car if you have one cause you will enter a few small routes after the main road.
The resort is 800 meters above sea level and the temperature in the daytime is ranging from 22 to 28 degrees Celsius and in Nighttime is 18 - 24 degree Celsius. So expect a cold environment and bring a proper attire on this Farm.
I love this place, it's simple and yet sophisticated. You wont need to travel far to unwind and chill, this resort Gray Stone Farm can offer what you need. So, what are you waiting for, Visit this place to discover.
