Hello.
There are many things that happen when you are on an adventure, maybe, that's what makes your passport book written with events that can be proud of and even become a reminder to repeat. A trip really makes us excited, of course it is a reminder that this world is not small as many people think.

A trip will make us understand more to appreciate a side of the history of the area we visit. That's what makes a trip a valuable experience even more than the money spent on the itinerary. In your opinion, what makes you very happy when you go on a trip that you've never visited before?

For example, I missed Ho Chi Minh City yesterday, I really like the city which is similar to Bangkok but in a simpler version and without such a dense crowd. Maybe, because Bangkok is more popular with foreign tourists than Vietnam in recent years. But in my opinion, these two cities are almost the same but Ho Chi Minh City is not too crowded.

The thing I like about Ho Chi Minh City is this place. You could say this is the most crowded place in the city center at night. It seems like all the city dwellers are enjoying the beautiful night lights, the silhouettes of buildings that are thick with attractive old building designs, and the music and performances that are very interesting in the park yard. I think I know why this place is very crowded at night. The reason is quite simple, during the day, the weather and temperature increase greatly, so not many people can stand to sit for a long time in this park. So, it's better to enjoy this park at night, it seems like that's a pretty clear reason.

Honestly, that night was really fun, it's not uncommon to see park lights and also beautiful views at night like this. Especially the big building behind the Ho Chi Minh statue that really amazes us. Although simple, maybe because the details of the building come from historical memory, so it's like telling something. This city really looks old. A sentence that fits this city; Old Is Gold.

That's what my heart says to this city, maybe because I rarely see this, the city where I live is really simple without night crowds like this. Even for night street food, it can't be found in my place because there are very few city parks.

Likewise, I praise my cellphone camera which is really reliable in playing light in a simple portrait. It can be said that I am not good at taking photos but it seems that all the photos at night that I captured on my camera while in Ho Chi Minh are really reliable. Something that is truly extraordinary and becomes a moment that can be remembered well.

The weather at night was also very good, without rain and also the wind flowed very well. Although crowded, it was not stuffy. Likewise, there are so many snacks sold around the park, souvenirs and many other things. Quite orderly even though it is very crowded. I think it tends to be safe because it seems there are no pickpockets and the like, even many people really enjoy the night in this Ho Chi Minh City park.

The phrase Old is Gold perfectly captures its charm, an atmosphere where history, night lights and liveliness create magic. A very interesting observation about the contrast between the day and night life of the city. Indeed, the heat during the day makes people postpone their walks, while the evening reveals a completely different side of Ho Chi Minh City, lively and filled with bright lights

Yes, it is very different between day and night. Like two different cities. Vietnam shows how unique this country is with its culture.

I don’t remember when last time I had so many coincidences related to one country or place as recently I had with Vietnam! In a moment it seems that everyone is either in Vietnam or just came back from there or is planning a trip to this country :). I treat such “coincidences” as a signs and I guess it is the moment when new destination ‘is calling you’. I enjoyed exploring with you Ho Chi Minh City – a very new place for me and I hope I will see it one day! Also I fully agree – traveling makes us realize how beautiful, diverse and big our world is and also how small we are, but that is an another topic :)

It seems like everyone is really excited about Vietnam these days, some of them love how friendly Vietnam is.

How nice your post about Ho CHi Minh City @isdarmady. I have been many times to Thailand but never to Vietnam. There must be so many great places to visit there! It´s nice to know its similar to BKK though. Is it also that easy to travel around?! I would love to check it out one day as well <3 Thanks for taking us on that trip with you.

When it comes to food and other things, Vietnam is much cheaper than Bangkok. I really like authentic Vietnamese Pho.

Really? I thought Bangkok was already cheap.. well at least streetfood ;) - I will have to try it then 😘 We have an awesome Vietnamese restaurant here in my town, just around the corner from where I live. The owners are Vietnamese and eating there is being in heaven!

This city looks really beautiful by da day but in the night looks even more charming, the illuminations are impressive!
