Hi, Worldmappin friends! The previous article I wrote about the Full Moon Party at Koh Phangan gave us a hangover. We woke up very tired. The sky was grey so we decided to just visit and not go swimming. This happened two days before Christmas Day. We had to go back to Koh Samui. This is my entry for the #winterchallenge.
Welcome to The Cabin Beach Resort
We just wanted to explore. My husband was just searching if we could visit a resort. We just parked our motorbike. We paid nothing.
Not so much people around and we felt like we owned the place. Hahaha! We never saw any guests but we found the place great.
It was very private, with no noise. You will have the place by yourself.
I love coconut trees.
Look at that view, there's more to explore aside from the private resort.
Interesting that they had these wooden pathways. I wonder where would it lead us.
We knew there was something more to explore over right there but we had not enough time.
We walked by here and it was zen and peaceful.
The view we see from the wooden pathway.
It's good to know that we never bumped other tourists.
They never destroyed nature. They just made it accessible to people and let us discover what's on the other side of the area.
How I wished I had my photos taken here and there but I got huge eyebags. I never felt so pretty with the hangover. Hahaha!
Wow, there's more to see here. Not sure if a few locals live here or if it's just another guesthouse.
There was a lighthouse bar. We wanted to buy some drinks but we never saw anybody there.
Looks like locals live here. Not really an eyesore. It's good to see that the locals maintain the cleanliness of the neighborhood. One guy was just relaxing, he was living a good life.
We saw other locals fishing in this area. Yep, we saw fish swimming here.
I think it's a little place for prayer here, like a little temple by the beach.
Even though there is little development in this area, they never destroyed everything here. They make it sustainable for living for the locals and a good place to visit for the tourists. It's a win-win situation. Locals are never kicked out of a tourist place.
We went back to the resort and took photos around. All I can say is that this place is good for honeymooners.
You can rent a SUP board, and enjoy paddling.
It is indeed a good place. The water is so calm so yes, I would love to paddle around here.
We searched how much is the rate for your stay. It was indeed expensive but having this luxury of peace and zen, it's all worth it.
How I wish we had this kind of place for vacation.
Would you love to visit this place someday? Have you been to Koh Phangan and experienced a hangover after the Full Moon Party? LOL.

When you are in holiday hangover can be normal 😁😜 by the way this place looks amazing and relaxing even with the grey sky.
Haha, right. Yeah, it was nice not too hot, not too cold.
