Let me take you to a garden which is named after a country but is in India. Welcome to the Japanese garden- garden which will take you in the heart of Japan and will show you it's rich culture and architecture. A must visit destination for nature admirers you will see the power of human creativity. This garden is designed specially to do meditation and prayer and to connect yourself with nature and universe.
This Japanese garden is in sector 31 of Chandigarh India and design with Japanese traditional architecture and elements. This garden contain ponds, unique structures and is full of green plants all around. A a famous part to spend a holiday for people who belongs to Chandigarh and beauty of this garden attract tourist from different parts of India.
This garden shows a perfect blend between natural beauty and cultural influence from Japan just appreciated by every visited here. Specially the unique pagoda-style structures and stone lanterns here in the garden. These stone lanterns both aesthetic and symbolic purpose. It is believed that they are associated with just concept of enlightenment and their food their symbolise wisdom. They are placed along the pathway very strategically so that they can to the aesthetics of garden.
The garden is named as Japanese garden cause it's landscape and its architecture is all bye by traditional Japanese gardens. Which include artificial lake stones ponds and stone lanterns.
There are many Unix cultures and statues made out of stone and different metals inside the garden which give amazing view to the garden and attract tourist as well as children.
The garden is full of sculptures and statues and they are quite unique, they will make you stop and stare. I found this one quite unique and interesting it's showing a photographer taking a picture with an old camera. Does anyone of you know what exactly this camera is called?
The garden is divided into two ends now we are moving toward another by crossing the bridge which is quite unique and it is made up on and artificial water body.
On the other side of the garden I saw this huge beautiful vibrant multi -tiered roofed towards which is pagoda-style structure. It is the main attraction of the park and it symbolise peace in love and gave a Japanese touch to the landscape.
This was the poster outside the tower and it provide the important information regarding the tower it's structure it's origin and its shape. It reflect the cultural richness of Japan. And here comes the most beautiful part of the garden. This is a tongue which connects the two part of the garden and it consists of beautiful Japanese art.
The Wall Art
The wall art shows the cultural richness after Japan and adds to the beauty of the garden. I got enchanted to see how beautifully the painting is done over huge fall. From close up each and every detail of the painting was clearly visible. Wall arts are the best way of visual representation of a culture of a particular country. Here these arts are need to educate returns regarding the rich culture and heritage of Japan.
Ishwarlal is unique in itself and the colour used ek these are our vibrant, if you are passing from here it is nearly difficult to ignore them. Will in 2014 on 13 acres of land this card in is unique in itself and it never fails to represent the architecture and culture of Japan. The end day to the garden is free and you are always welcome to visit the garden at anytime in the day.
I got lost in my imagination by looking at these paintings they were really good and look how they adorn the walls. It with interesting sculpture this garden is a perfect place to spend your weekend outside in nature. The garden is very well maintaine and it welcomes all without any entry fee.
