they should turn the whole area into an art hub, not just this lane, and all houses should be painted with murals. It'd be trending worldwide hehe.. But I guess not all building owners would permit such activity..

That would be cool right? I guess other countries have those small villages covered with art.. This spot is the best one for HK.
