I don't know your real story, tbh.. but I experienced this before
I guess priorities do change. Before, my thinking would always be on how I could make content out of the places I've visited. Now, while I still want to blog about it, I no longer have that content creator inkling to document everything or take as many photos and videos as I can. I wanted to appreciate the place more by being more present in the moment.
There were times in life back in Hong Kong when I asked myself if I could just enjoy the trip without thinking about how to blog or compile photos for it, lol.
Anyway, with your sentiments here, Siargao, indeed is a good place for introspection. You chose a good spot because as far as I know, the island is always packed with tourists and locals.
I hope you'll be able to see things with gratitude again...

Siargao is the epitome of the term "island life". It's not yet fully packed with tourists except in General Luna area. There are still a lot of spots with less people.
