Greetings my dear friends, it makes me very happy to be able to share a new publication with you after a long time. Today I want to tell you about a beautiful place I recently visited with my husband and my parents. The jungle slide, in the Amazonas state of Venezuela. A unique place that I saw again after 6 years.
5 years ago I moved with my husband to the state of Amazonas, but the truth is that it was very difficult for us during all that time to visit this beautiful place, no matter how hard we tried we could not, first there were strong problems with transportation and then the pandemic began and they completely closed all the tourist sites.
This is my husband's favorite place since he was very young, so not being able to visit it made him sad, but after we moved to another state in Venezuela, much more, because there were less possibilities to go. But after saving for a while and planning well, we managed to make plans to travel to Amazonas again, although our only plan was to go visit family.
To our surprise, plans were made and a bus was rented so that the days we were there we could also visit the jungle slide, which made us very happy. This place is quite nice and the best thing is that it is natural, the slide we are talking about is a big long rock (Laja) through which water comes down with great pressure and has done so for so long, that it is super slippery and makes it very easy to slide, plus the water pressure propels you.
When it is winter and the rains are frequent, the river grows a lot and the water becomes a little cloudy, but we were in summer and the river was not so deep, but perfect for bathing, to me personally it is a little scary, but as long as I can touch the bottom of the water everything is fine, so I only bathed in the lower areas, while my husband went through the whole river and jumped about 40 times down the slide.
All around everything was very clean and the imparque staff, they take care of keeping it that way, which makes it much more pleasant to be there. There are some huts where we can sit down to eat and also cover ourselves from the sun when we are not bathing. The coolest thing about this place is that there are several places to bathe, at the top of the slide there are several small pools, which are holes that open up in the big rocks.
These places are filled with water and you can get inside to bathe, a mini pool for you alone in which you can relax for a while. In addition to larger and bluish pools where you just want to dive in and never come out again, plus the view is totally spectacular. Although the sun is quite strong, you can enjoy the view and the temperature of the water is always cool.
This was a trip within a trip, and totally unexpected but it made us very happy, not only my husband and I went, but also my parents were able to see this beautiful place and enjoy nature and its beauty. The jungle slide is 1 hour away from the city of Puerto Ayacucho, Amazonas by car, and it is usually better to travel by bus with several people, because it is more enjoyable and as the way up to the slide is somewhat complicated, it is better to be taken by someone with experience.
This place is a bit far from the center of the country, from where we live it is now 15 hours away, but it is totally worth making arrangements to visit it, because it is a unique place where you can do nothing but be thankful for the beauty that is in front of you and of course, enjoy a beautiful day with the ones you love.

Saludos mis queridos amigos, me hace muy feliz poder compartir una nueva publicación con ustedes después de un buen tiempo. Hoy quiero contarles de un sitio hermoso que estuve visitando hace poco con mi esposo y mis padres. El tobogán de la selva, en el estado Amazonas de Venezuela. Un sitio único que volví a ver luego de 6 años.
Hace 5 años me mudé con mi esposo a él estado Amazonas, pero la verdad se nos hizo muy difícil durante todo ese tiempo visitar este lindo lugar, por más que lo intentamos no pudimos, primero había fuerte problemas con el transporte y luego comenzó la pandemia Y cerraron por completo todos los sitios turísticos.
Este es el lugar favorito de mi esposo desde muy pequeño, así que no poder visitarlo lo hacía sentir triste, pero luego de mudarnos a otro estado de Venezuela, mucho más, pues había menos posibilidades de ir. Pero luego de ahorrar por un tiempo y planificarnos bien, logramos hacer planes para volver a viajar a Amazonas, aunque nuestro único plan era ir a visitar a la familia.
Para nuestra sorpresa, se hicieron planes y alquiló un autobús para que los días que estábamos allá visitarnos también el tobogán de la selva, lo que nos alegró un montón. Este sitio es bastante bonito y lo mejor es que es natural, el tobogán del que hablamos es una gran roca larga (Laja) por la que baja agua con gran presión y lo ha hecho durante tanto tiempo, que esta es súper resbalosa y hace que sea muy fácil deslizarse, además de que la presión del agua te impulsa.
Cuando es invierno y las lluvias son frecuentes, el río crece bastante y el agua se vuelve un poco turbia, pero estábamos en verano y el río no estaba tan hondo, sino perfecto para bañarse, a mi en lo personal me da algo de miedo, pero siempre y cuando pueda tocar el fondo del agua todo esta bien, así que solo me bañé es las zonas bajas, mientras que mi esposo recorrió todo el río y se lanzó unas 40 veces por el tobogán.
Al rededor todo estaba muy limpio y el personal de imparque, se encargan de mantenerlo así, lo que hace que sea mucho más agradable estar ahí. Hay algunas chozas en las que podemos sentarnos para comer y también cubrirnos del sol cuando no estemos bañándonos. Lo más genial de este lugar es que hay varios sitios donde bañarse, en la parte de arriba del tobogán hay varios pozos pequeños, que son agujeros que se abren en las grandes rocas.
Estos lugares se llenan de agua y puedes meterte dentro a bañarte, una mini piscina para ti solo en la que puedes relajarte un buen rato. Además de pozos más grandes y azulitos en los que solo dan ganas de lanzarse y no salir más, además de que a la vista se ve totalmente espectacular. Aunque el sol es bastante fuerte, se disfruta muchísimo la vista y la temperatura del agua que siempre está fresca.
Este fue un viaje dentro de otro viaje, y totalmente inesperado pero nos hizo muy felices, no solo fuimos mi esposo y yo, sino que además, mis padres también pudieron conocer este bonito sitio y disfrutar de la naturaleza y su belleza. El tobogán de la selva queda a 1 hora de distancia de la ciudad de puerto Ayacucho, Amazonas en carro, y por lo general es mejor viajar en autobús con varias personas, pues se disfruta más y como la vía de subida al tobogán es algo complicada, es mejor que te lleve alguien con experiencia.
Este sitio queda algo lejos del centro del país, de donde vivimos ahora nos queda a 15 horas de distancia, pero vale totalmente la pena hacer los arreglos para visitarlo, pues es un sitio único en el que no puedes hacer más que agradecer por la belleza que hay frente a ti y por supuesto, disfrutar de un día hermoso junto a los que quieres.

Ese es un lugar hermoso tengo una vecina que su familia vive en amazonas y me mostró fotos quedé encantada y he querido conocer , es un excelente destino para viajar y más si vas a compartir con la familia, pienso igual mientras toque el fondo no hay problema 🤣😃
