Hello my lovely friends. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

My weekend was so busy and so wonderful since my parent were visiting us and so we were busy every day going places. So this is mg entry for #TheWeekend which is created by @galenkp.

On this day, which was Friday, we went to White Rock since my dad has not been there yet.

We had so many things planed to go see with my parents but the weather forecast was not looking very good at all but we actually lucked out since it didn't rain all weekend and we did everything we were supposed to do and go everywhere we were supposed to, plus more.

We were planning according to the morning weather and because it was sunny we decided that White Rock trip would be perfect.

It was quite windy and not too war, but we couldn't complain.

We walked on the pier, which is said to be the longest pier in Canada and which really is the attraction of White Rock.

It was quite cold and windy walking so close to the water.

The water was quite far away from the shore so you could enjoy the walk on the sand instead of the water.

This is a home for Seagulls.
Can spot the two Seagulls?

Here you can always find fisherman catching fish or crabs. One of them actually caught 4 huge crabs, but threw it back into the water. Not sure if it's because of the size ( fishing and crabbing regulations) or maybe the crabs were females.

The posts are covered with the clams and mussels.

After we went off the pier, my parents wanted to try some icecream, but Jordan and I were too cold for an icecream especially since the sun was gone.

We kept on walking along all the different restaurants and icecream stores which were not too busy since it wasn't the weekend yet, which gets really busy.

We saw so many voltures on this tree and other trees. I think they were voltures. We weren't sure at first if they were eagles or voltures at first.
But we also got to see a eagle fly by too.

They even had engraved eagles on the sidewalks.

Coming back from White Rock we stopped by the biggest ever, Art Knapp store, which is a garden/ floral store.

I have never seen such a huge a beautiful Art Knapp store like this one, but I will share all about it in my later posts.

Later that night we all went to watch Jordan's soccer game which I will also share all about it

On Saturday we went to Vancouver Waterfront and then took the sea bus to North Vancouver. And again I will share about it.

On Sunday my dad and Jordan went to the White Caps game ( soccer) and I took my mom to Metrotown Centre in Burnaby for some shopping.

And we finished our Sunday with a beautiful walk in the Green Timbers park and at night with our favorite board game.

#TheWeekend turned out really nice but it would have been just perfect if it was a bit warmer but it still was better then what I expected (concerning the weather).

I also missed my #Givebacksunday post because I was just enjoying my family time so much. Sorry #familyprotection.

Hope that you all had a wonderful weekend and beautiful Mothers Day.
Love @joalvarez

I am a great supporter of @familyprotection which is working very hard to help the families stay together and this project is the most amazing project that I would suggest for everyone in this hive community to check it out and support it and by doing it we are helping people in need who are trying to keep their kids safe from being taken away (kidnapped) by the Social Services.
