What a wonderful Wednesday Walk into history of the region, great architecture of historic importance.
Then you reveal the modern side to life, sometimes one wonders about the future whether to hold onto the past or move gracefully into the future.
One thing we do know is history teaches us where we came from enabling us to hopefully know where we going.

Hi! Thank you so very much for your very nice feedback and encouragement.
Yeah! I am torn between find out about the truth of our history and the need to live in the present. Somehow, the past and the present are intertwined into a more complex layer of our social fabric of culture and belief system.
Happy New Year 🎈🎊 🎉🌹🌺
Oh it was a pleasure reading about the region, an area my Aunt absolutely adored visiting, she gave me very descriptive idea of the region.
No matter what happened in history people never forget or forgive (even when they say they have), beliefs and cultures are very much a part of each one of us. Where I live people will say one thing, thinking another, so very much more complex than most realize.
Wishing you a wonderful 2021 and keep smiling.
Wow! Your aunt used to stay in Thailand?! Very interesting.
What you said about the past was quite a stark statement! I do see your point that there’s so much truth in this!
The conflicting belief about the death of King Taksin and the usurpers against him is still a big puzzle to me. This has been exploited by the political groups to divide our people!
The old King would never want things turn out bad for his country! I was privileged to have more information about our history but I still need to see the truth for myself.
I hope people would forgive and have more compassion for a peaceful society.
Life is never straight forward, learning from history, sadly people never fully let go or move on.
Yes a more compassionate society, learning to accept one another would be the ideal way forward.
