Hi Hiver Community
Let me share exploring a nice beach in my first post in this community.
Really..I didn't expect, Australia also has beautiful beaches. Surrounded by the Indian and Pacific Oceans, Australia's beaches are also beaches with white sand, high waves, wide shoreline, and of course clean. Australian beaches also offer the convenience of doing a variety of activities, from swimming, surfing, enjoying the sunset, sports, to just taking a leisurely stroll on the fine sandy beach. Various beautiful beaches are scattered in all corners of the Kangaroo Continent. Have visited many beaches in Australia. But on this occasion I would like to share the story of my journey in Cottesloe Beach, Perth City, Western Australia.
Cottesloe Beach, is one of the most popular beaches in Western Australia. In summer, locals make this beach a favorite vacation destination. The location is quite strategic, which is in the middle of Perth Central Business District (CBD) and Fremantle Harbor in West Perth. From downtown Perth, you can reach it in just 15 minutes if you take a private vehicle, if you take public transportation it can take 20 minutes. Public buses regularly depart from Perth's Elizabeth Quay Bus Terminal. Trains run from Perth Station to Cottesloe Station every 15 minutes and will get you there in less than 20 minutes on the Fremantle Line.
Cottesloe Beach has white sand along more than 1 kilometer (km) with a location facing directly to the Indian Ocean. Local residents do water activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, and surfing. In addition, along Cottesloe Beach, we can find various cafes, restaurants, and bars, as well as a row of typical pine trees, no coconut trees like my area, Aceh-Indonesia. When we were tired we relaxed watching the sunset while eating chips and a cup of coffee at an Italian Cafe
Cottlesloe is divided into three areas. The main Cottesloe Beach area is perfect for swimming and walking. Peters Pool on North Cottesloe Beach is a great spot for snorkelling right in front of the surf club and cafes Blue Duck and Barchetta. There are no beaches at all in South Cottesloe; just rocks and rocky cliffs. This is a place for surfers to go and perfect for wind watching and for kite surfers. When the ocean is calm, it's also a great place to snorkel in Perth. You may even be lucky enough to spot the endangered leafy sea dragon
The view of the beach is very beautiful..
