Zenzai warms you up on a cold day.　寒い日のぜんざいは温まる。

Today I came to the sweet shop, which was closed last time and not open for business.
Today, the weather was better than last time and it felt good to take a walk.
前回、定休日で営業していなかった赤福に来ました。
今日は、前回よりも天気が良く散歩していて気持ちが良かったです。

I ordered the seasonal zenzai and green tea.
They bake the rice cakes for the zenzai after you order. After waiting for a while, the zenzai was brought out.
I immediately tried the zenzai.
The freshly baked soft rice cake and azuki beans combined to create a savory and sweet taste that spread in my mouth.
The matcha green tea I ordered with the zenzai was slightly bitter, and I was able to finish it without getting bored.
季節限定のぜんざいと、抹茶を注文しました。
注文してからぜんざいのお餅を焼くらしいです。少し待っていると、出来上がったぜんざいが運ばれてきました。
さっそく、ぜんざいを食べてみます。
焼きたてのやわらかいお餅と小豆がからまって、香ばしく甘い味が口の中に広がりとても美味しかったです。
一緒に頼んだ抹茶がほろ苦く、飽きずにぜんざいを完食出来ました。

Inside the restaurant, there was a courtyard where we could enjoy the scenery.
お店の中には、中庭があり景色を楽しむこともできました。
