Back to some time ago when some friends and I were setting the agenda to be able to visit one of the places that has a very historical significance in the area where I live, namely Aceh.
Aceh was one of the countries in the era of the Samudera Pasai kingdom. The kingdom in Aceh has occupied a lot of land along the coastline on the island of Sumatra to become one of the kingdoms that has a special relationship with the kingdom of Pahang, Malaysia. Where at that time, the great sultan of Aceh, Sultan Iskandar Muda married the princess of the Pahang kingdom and until now there is a site for the princess's bathing in Aceh.
Blang Ulam Spot
Well, at the location that I visited with my friends, this is one of the sites located on the east coast of Banda Aceh city. The surrounding community calls it Blang Ulam.
This location is very interesting indeed. In several spots where we took shelter, in front of us there were several large mangrove trees that lived and grew in the sea water. The trees are lined up almost along the coast.
We planned this initially when we were hanging out with other friends who have the same hobby. From some of these friends they have more experience in the field of nature lovers.
The community that we have formed has been running for several years, and the friends in the community are people who really love the beauty and cleanliness of the environment.
Blang Ulam, became one of the objects that we have been eyeing all this time. Because the coast is very nice to enjoy when the weather is sunny like when we were there.
Near the area, there are several shrimp and milkfish ponds owned by the people who own these businesses and there are also some graves of people who used to live during the royal period. Now Aceh is a land of sharia and we can still feel the heritage sites during the reign of the past.

The beach is so clean and the waters as well. You guys seem to have a great time there. The food you made is very comforting and homey. I would love to visit that place and experience the amazing beauty of Aceh!
