I'm not a religious person but I really enjoy Easter holidays because there's this family spirit all around.
As every year, I'm spending a few days with my family at the place I grew up. It's a small village called "Konitsa" located at the green and wild region of Epirus, Greece.

I'm currently blogging from my mobile phone and I hate it but I do love taking pictures with it, especially when I'm at beautiful places like my village.
This is the famous "Konitsa Stone Bridge" built more than 200 years ago and crossing that bridge takes you to a trail me and my doggy followed this morning
My dog Biggy really enjoyed our walk but I think I enjoyed it even more. Escaping the big city noise and hearing only birds and water flowing is exactly what I needed.
Here are a few photos from our walk
After walking for half an hour inside Aoos cannyon we sat next to the river to enjoy the silence. Biggie kept asking me to throw him some sticks thought and this bastards face is too cute to say no hehehe.
We then met up with the family, enjoyed a nice dinner and am currently writing this post watching this sunset. Wild right?
We have this tradition of Easter Sunday family barbeque here in Greece so I got to go help my father prepare some stuff.
Enjoy your holidays everyone. Cheers from the mountains ⛰️
