Here is a couple shots of Browns Pond Waterfall. These were taken from the bridge that leads up our road from the neighbors pond and waterfall. We've had rain the last weekend, so it's flowing pretty well.
This used to be an old mill site. Part of the damn has broken away over time and created the little waterfall off to the side. Interesting tidbit, this is actually on the North side of the Pond, and the resulting stream actually runs south to north. I thought this was very uncommon, I guess just because most of the large rivers here in the U.S. run the other way, but apparently it's not.
Location is Browns Pond, in Bakersfield, VT. Just south of Enosburg Falls and sometimes listed that way on maps.
Here's a short Video clip with the sound.

Such a beautiful spot love the fall colors surrounding the waterfall
Thanks for joining Wednesday Walk :), I truly enjoy exploring the world virtually each Wednesday seeing walks from all around the globe and feeling I am there and experiencing it all myself, such as I did in your post just now :)
Thanks, the colors are fading quickly now, you can see a lot of trees bare, but still a great sight!
Yes same here, I hope this afternoon to get out and catch some more of the colors before they all fade away
It was a beautiful sight.
Thanks!
You need to stake more BEER (24 staked BEER allows you to call BEER one time per day)
Such beautiful weather after the rain and great shots as always.
The changing colors of the trees surrounding the waterfall are beautiful :)
Thanks, it was one of the few remaining nice days this year and was happy to get out. A little sprinkling of snow here coming tomorrow night.
